    Excellent coaching! I’ve watched a dozen of your videos in the past two weeks and have noticed huge improvements with my forehand, backhand and serve. I’ve gotten so many good tips : eg, prepare the racquet early, then accelerate the hand as the ball bounces. Dominant eye! I also notice how you hold the racquet and adapted mine to yours. What a difference it made.

    Just watched the video regarding return on first serves now this one pops up. I don't believe in fate, but I sure am grateful, because turns out after analyzing my statistics I miss more than 40% of my overall returns. So thank you very much - these videos are so clean and well structured/explained.

    Your approach in tennis lessons is scientific, very well thought step by step instructions, we need this kind of tennis concept in the Philippines

      not scientific but pedagogic, which is nice ;) The science in tennis is a little bit much more complicated to do.

    play for longer hours.

    If only my footwork was that good, then like Patrick all women would want to be on my arm and all men yearn to be me. These are really helpful videos for getting the mind right and enjoy the game even more. Thanks.

    DOes it matter what surface your playing on when it comes to position on the court as far as
    return of 2nd serve on clay?

  • @rds4629
    @rds4629 ปีที่แล้ว

    when he step up to return, is he supposed to follow the shot to the net? Or when he run around his bh to his a FH behind the baseline, is he guessing where the serve is going? If it's a wide slice serve that would be an ace?

    my kid is 8 years old and her coach insist that she doesn't have to hold intercontinental grip in serve right now, is this right or should he train her from now

    It's a option. How about the mindset of second server is a opportunity to get the ball in play.
