We dare you to find a property in this price range with a lakefront lot as nice as this one. The lawn stretches from the cabin to nearly the shore with only a few shoreline trees for shade.
The cabin is just over 1,000 square feet of living space with an incredible wrap-around porch and deck for enjoying the views of Hot Brook Lake. It is set on a concrete slab. Come in the door and you are welcomed to an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. The living space has incredible lake views. The first floor has a full bathroom and a bedroom. The loft area has plenty of space for sleeping and storage. A half bath is in the loft. A detached garage can house your vehicle and a boat or ATV.

Nice...needs a fireplace/woodstove... Can’t afford it,but omg it’s a beauty..
I have become addicted to your videos! I'm a Fl man and so many northerners a coming down here I'm thinking of doing the opposite and moving up there! When I get ready you guys are the first ones I'll call because of how well you've represented your state in your videos!!!
We would be happy to help. Thanks for watching our channel.
What a great compliment! Thank you for watching and interacting on our videos!
Ditto that
Same here. From Lakeland Florida and I know this probably has already been sold but still like watching what’s available in ME. Will eventually buy a small camp on a lake and away from the crowds. Mainly to escape the months of 100+ temps
I wish I had seen this a year ago! I've been looking for almost a year, and the prices have skyrocketed on any lakefronts! Thanks for the great videos Phil! I really enjoy watching you and Carmen! Great content!
Our pleasure!
@@lifestyleproperties You're welcome!
Nice. Glad to see stairs instead of a ladder leading to second level. The half bathroom was also a plus.
It is a nice property that just sold. Thanks for watching.
First realtor who knows how to do a GOOD market video. I’ll watch for more.
Thank you for the compliment! Glad to have you!
Nice...needs a fireplace/woodstove.
.
That would be a cozy addition!
LOVE IT !!!! I live in panama city beach florida but i would rather be there, a dream i have alway's had🥰
Maybe one day!
Conveninet that you left off any comments and pretty much skipped right over the view of all the giant wind turbines that overshadow this small lake. What an eyesore!
Very nicely done.
Thank you very much!
Beautiful .... not even sure how I got this recommendation as I live in the Midwest now but spent time in ME for the best vacation EVER
TH-cam picks what it thinks we may be interested in to suggest for us to watch.
The view is priceless
Agreed, thanks for sharing.
Great view!
It really is!
Beautiful property
Thanks.
Love it ! if it was twice as big, would be perfect. with a twice as big garage WOW! :) happiness
Yeah but it would be twice as much money☹
@@lifestyleproperties twice as much fun :) you know you dont take property with you when you die. We are transitional people to ownership and money. :(
Gorgeous. Bet it doesn't stay on the market for long.
Probably not, thanks for watching!

@@lifestyleproperties has this property sold yet?
You mentioned a pump to the leach field? Is that an engineered system? Curious about this.
Yes this is an engineered system.
CORRECTION: Turn is not on Irish Settlement Road- it is actually on Schillinger Road***
Across from lake, I see windmills, is that a dump under it?
There are windmills in the township next to Danforth. No dump under this cabin.
Waooooo, nice
Thanks 😊
I'll take it
Give us a call.
Nice. Is the road town maintained?
No it is a private road.
No fireplace or wood stove?
How much property comes with this cabin please comment back and can I build another building on this lot please let me know thank you very much I love the property close to the water thank you
.96 acre +/-
That property here in Hawaii (Oahu)would be around 2 million. 🤣
We should ship it over.
Whats up with all the flys? Is that a thing in Maine?
I mean it IS summer and you're out by a lake..... there's gonna be bugs. Lol
That's typical for summertime lake ecosystems.
We got bugs here too lol Florida
They're black flies, they'll be gone around mid June or so. As the saying goes; black flies don't bite, they suck
Yeah its a thing.
Just what I want but out of my affordability . 😭
Thanks for watching.
Seasonal?
The camp could be used in the winter, which would require some plowing over the private road.
Why do Mainers call their lake cabins “camps”? I’ve lived in the Midwest and West Coast and no one has ever called a permanent dwelling a “camp”. We call camping or campgrounds “camps” but not cabins. Can you please explain?
We do not know the origin of why Mainer's call anything that is not their permanent residence a camp? We have seen million dollar "camps". Anyone out there have any ideas?
A camp is simply a building away from the general public where people go to relax and enjoy nature. When our camp was built in 1956 the road leading in was a rough single lane that left everyone hoping there wasn't another vehicle coming toward them. The really wasn't room to pull over far enough for one vehicle to pass easily. My family camped in small building by a nearby stream while they were building the camp. A lot has changed since then but "camp" is still our camp with a deck that meets the high water mark (grandfathered, built long before the law that requires camps to be far away from the water) where we go to fish, swim, paddling, cook over an open fire, turn on a propane light after sunset, and enjoy nature.
@@RobinFollette Thanks for sharing your experience Robin.
It's not just a Maine thing. On the St Lawrence River in New York State we called them camps, seasonal rustic dwellings. Same in the Adirondacks, they're camps.
@@cheftomsd But why?
If you can keep the mosquitos, the green head flies and other flying pestys at bay…. Love Maine but I can leave it for a less buggy lake view someplace else. Fairly priced though.
Thanks for watching.
how much land?
.96 acre
is this property still available?
It is under contract.
Damn windmills
Thanks for watching
What are they asking ?
200,000
Watch the video... he clearly says the price and numbers.
$200,000.
@@lifestyleproperties nice place, A bit on the high side for price. I've been hearing a lot of scare stories about alot of the lakefront property around Maine is owned by the Army corps of engineers.
@@jeffrichard1458 wonder why they would own any of this property
The roads look unpaved and very narrow.
This is a seasonal unpaved road.
A lot of bugs
Thanks for sharing.
