A good way to know the yield is to know the amount of corn in the grain tank when the full warning go off. just set the acres to zero when empty, If this point is 1.0 acres and the tank has 280 bushels then the real yield is 280. The yield reading jumps around yet the corn is uniform. I have found that when corn is making 300 bu then it is all 300 bu and it is not changing 30 bu /ac in readings {electronic gate) to reading.
