The home is absolutely adorable. Just the right size as you said not to big. Unfortunately us foreign viewers can not enter the lottery. Still great to see all these wonderful designs.
Perhaps the future prize homes can feature double glazing, fully insulated homes, heated slabs, energy harvesting and storage, and other energy saving add-ons.
The Stupidity to thinking it doesn’t have double glazing and isn’t fully insulated, heated slabs are a waste of money and energy and global warming is a scam.
Wow! An ensuite door! Who would have thought that the smell of toilet wafting in to the bedroom, a lack of privacy and being able to use the bathroom without waking a partner up in the middle of the night due to a lack of a barrier between the en suite and bedroom could all be solved with such a simple invention such as a door.. they should put ensuite doors on every future house being buil 😅
Beautifully designed home and the attention to detail of the construction work is top notch, well done to all involved. Have taken a lot of screenshots for a new contemporary project of ours. As usual the tour is beautifully shot and well narrated, I like that you did the walk through and then had some ‘clean’ shots whilst sitting down talking about it.
The kitchen is phenomenal! Love the architecture of this home and interesting floorplan. Also have to mention the bathrooms! And the LED lighting throughout!
I agree it is a very practical house. At first, the master on the ground floor might seem to lack privacy, but keeping the kids/guests upstairs is a nice idea. And as the homeowners age, not having to go upstairs all the time is also practical. My biggest disappointment is the entry hall. It is a family house, but it doesn't seem to have built in closets or places for shoes, or a bench to sit down, etc. I'm guessing they are all hidden in the mudroom and the family will go through the garage, not the front door. But if we have guests, or receive packages, etc. it would be nice to have a functional main entrance.
Wow, the kitchen and the bathrooms are stunningly well done. Love the minimalist feeling throughout and also the entrance. I was waiting you grab a drink but you forgot. 😂Love your channel as well, best from Miami FL.
From what I've seen Australians love having no garden space whatsoever. Other than that the house itself is absolutely stunning, especially the master bathroom
Beautiful ground floor but way too cramp on second floor, these type of house with big void area eats up space and imho not a good solution to get the "spacious, open feeling" by sacrificing real space above you. Another input would be the space underneath the stairs that can be utilize either to create storage or a glass wine room that will serve the transparencies effect of the stairs.
These builders are great but there's always that last 10% of practicality that is inexplicably not there. The big living space doesn't have curtains or any windows treatment. The upstairs ensuites don't have shower wands (good luck cleaning). The living spaces are never designed with good audio in mind. The entryways have nowhere for a coat or shoes or keys. And marble is a delicate material to maintain as it needs to be resealed twice a year. But hey, ensuite doors. There's progress.
That home would cost just under 250k usd to build in my home country. Who is the target market for a home like this? Middle class? Whats make the home that expensive? The land?
Everything looks nice on camera, especially with the lenses they use to manipulate the perception of space . Go for a walk through this place and you’ll see the flaws.
I dunno, given the height of the ceilings, that double height living room is just a waste of space to me, it could have been more practically used for another bedroom/home office/expanded upstairs living room.
You don’t pay tax on it in Australia. Only capital gains if you sell a prize. But best to speak to your accountant for exactly how it will affect you and your current situation. I still think you’re going to be ahead if you win this prize…
I have a ticket, but think this is one of the ugliest houses I've seen. Of course winning it would be a nice problem to have, and the tickets support a great cause.

Surely the windows have to be double glazed to meet the energy rating requirements.
And they should come with a Ferrari and a bag of money and lots of donuts…. It is a prize.
Nah, just win a house in Queensland, don’t need all that heating stuff.

well thought out for seniors who may win this home ie master room front entrance. well done.

Love the all black look Lucy !

I really love the airy and welcoming feeling in every part of the house. The high quality materials used are also incredible. woahhhh

What a stunning home. That open kitchen concept never goes out of style.

The house is very beautiful 😍

They have been nailing the design in each house! This one’s very cool.
@@Huntingforgeorge Absolutely!
The cabinets directly above the kitchen sink makes washing dishes and pots difficult.
Omg love this home 😍

Yeah there was more storage out of sight in the hallway near the garage entrance.
Love the groundfloor but why are the second floor windows so high ?
So fresh and elegant. What a beauty!

Where do you put soap for hand washing in the powder room?
Can you tell me what stone has been used in the kitchen benchtops and island bench? It is so beautiful.
Beautifully simple... also congrats on your 🤰
Nice.
A very clinical building, good for a future GP
Is there a link whete i can see the floor plan and/ or arch design for this?
01:00 Да, вот этой кирпичной ступени, об которую все будут спотыкаться, я особенно аплодирую! гениальное решение!
Can non Australian citizens participate?
Is that engineered timber ? if so what brand and colour pls ?
I love
Are there any generous areas though?
So many! 😂
The only question I want to ask is: why does the 1st room have a double basin? 1 for your left hand & another 1 for your right hand? 🤷♀
So two people can romantically brush their teeth without clashing toothbrushes… 🪥 🦷 Safer that way.
I am from the Philippines. Are we also allowed to enter the lottery? Thank you and have a good day!
🔥🔥🔥
wow!!!!!
I could not find if this is open outside Australia also .. i mean Europe for ex .
So generous
Kids will never sneak out , I mean the parents room is next to entrance 😂
True! haha
Is it a draw only for citizen of Australia only? Or it is a global event??
3:10 Esse relógio no canto direito é lindo!

Everything in Aus is more expensive than the USA, also our exchange rate needs to be considered.
Start with entry , common areas, before bedrooms.
Can’t give it all away straight up.
please put the measurements of the spaces
nice house
Thank you!
How high is the ceiling?
Gorgeous house. The pool is a waste in melbourne its freezing most of the year
I’d like to buy it! How do I get in touch?
This home is looks like my home😍
I wanna buy it home
What is the white colour name and code no
Everything is ‘very generous’ 😂
When will I have my own home 😭
I want the Host
Everything looks nice on camera, especially with the lenses they use to manipulate the perception of space . Go for a walk through this place and you’ll see the flaws.
Do tell. What are they?
But is this house generous? It wasn't clear from the video....
Will try to make it more clear in future…
I dunno, given the height of the ceilings, that double height living room is just a waste of space to me, it could have been more practically used for another bedroom/home office/expanded upstairs living room.
Lovely house, but never understand the lack of outdoor space. Does every bedroom have a Nest thermostat?!?
Камин рядом с белоснежным диваном?
It’s enclosed and a gas one.
In normal countries it is NOT allowed to built in more than 20% of the plot size.
This house has no garden, the neighbours are only few meters away...
Different rules in different parts of the country here too.
Bu ev çok sade 😅 benim tarzıma uygun değil 😅. Modern çiftlik evi benim tarzım
She's seems..... generous
I wonder if Site Inspections has done an inspection of this home yet 🤣
He's welcome to come by anytime... Love his content!
So lets use the word generous as much as possible can ya?
Sure lets try that!
The only thing I ever won was a tray of mix meat!
Well that’s still a win!
Did anyone win a house who participated in the lottery?
Spanking indeed...
the TV's position not in a good place.
5 mil? why so overpriced?
But Emmachisit?
This is a gift no one wants. When it comes paying the taxes on it...
You don’t pay tax on it in Australia. Only capital gains if you sell a prize. But best to speak to your accountant for exactly how it will affect you and your current situation.
I still think you’re going to be ahead if you win this prize…
😂😂😂 you’re crazy down under.
Aborigines Art 🖼 Figured U guys, Aussies

Cookie cutter boring luxury minimalism that feels like a cold clinic for wealthy people.
This house is for show, not for living in.
need to work on the accent...
Why's that?
