House 2 of the Block 2022 is set on 10 acres in Gisborne, a relocated weatherboard was the starting point for this renovation and new addition. The challenge was to create a contemporary home that was sympathetic to the original features in the existing Queensland weatherboard.

Gorgeous house. Love the natural finishes and use of wood that keeps it from looking too clinical. Love the amount of built in storage everywhere to contain clutter. Not so keen on the black bathroom sanitaryware in one of the bathrooms. Absolutely love the artwork dotted throughout the house. It's massive, far too big for me but I think it will age well without having to change anything as it's quite timeless.

Had the pleasure of a walk thru of all houses on the block 3/11 as nice as this property is Im calling it for house 4 Dylan and Jenny's house as it has more spacious bedrooms beautifully finished in terms of painting and fixtures and really liveable landscaping. Good luck to all this Saturday 5/11 when they all go up for auction.

I love house no. 2. It’s my favourite. Jenny and Dylan’s kitchen in exchange to Rachel & Ryan’s kitchen and office space of House no. 1 is my perfect house if combined. House no. 1 is 🤮🤮, sorry I can’t take the checkered space/rooms. Just the office space in house 1 is my fave, everything else in House 1 is terrible taste of house 1. I don’t know why judges kept on letting them win with absurd taste. House no. 2 living space is the best living space in the block 2022.
