Hello, for the Facemill i´ve used 10000rpm, 2000mm/min and 1000mm/min for finish. for the 10mm 2 Flute Endmill i´ve used 16000rpm at 2700mm/min Feedrate for finish i´ve used 24000rpm at 1500mm/min.
@@cnc_andi3294 interesting, I use those also. I have been been ultra conservative fearing if the motors loose step. Perhaps I should dial up a little. right now the max feed is 1200mm/min
@@besssam You have to try that, I don't know your machine. But normally there is more to it than that. I have 6000mm/min. in G0. Operate the motors with a 36V power supply. But it also depends on your machine
Stell die Messer des Messerkopfs mal in einem leichten Winkel zur Werkstück Oberfläche, also nicht parallel. Dann sollte die Oberfläche etwas schöner werden.

@@bonsaicnc die Schneide nicht parallel zum Werkstück sondern mit einem Kleinen Winkel, ähnlich wie bei Fischschwans Fräsern, nur nicht so stark.
