Sup Safe Surfing

In this episode we go SUP surfing and take you through what's involved from a safety point of view. Covering equipment, conditions and etiquette so you can have a great time catching waves.
We teamed up with Sam Ross, a world class watersports coach and the RNLI to produce "Sup Safety at Sea" a series of informative videos with the aim of helping SUP enthusiasts in enjoying time on the water by considering safety.
Remember safety is a priorty, if in doubt don't go out.
