Love your room decor. By high school most classrooms have next to no decor. I’m sure your students appreciate your effort. Have a wonderful school year!
I love the progress over perfection poster! Thanks for sharing your setup process! I’m a high school special education teacher that taught 10th and 11th grade ELA before.❤
I'm so glad I came across your channel. I really like your classroom. It's cozy, welcoming, colorful, functional, and calming. I love your "mistaken for a student" sign, so funny. Just a quick question: Which planner do you use? Are you a physical or digital planner? I hope and pray you have a fabulous school year as well. K--5th art teacher in Illinois
Aww thank you so much-that means a lot! I use a physical planner to mark important dates (like days off, PD days, grade posting, etc.), and then I use a digital planner (a Google Slide template) for my weekly lesson plans!
@@christinael596 Aww yay! I used the Better than Paper Bulletin Board roll for the background, I think the borders and letters were from a brand from the Lakeshore Learning Store, and I linked the Etsy store I got the levels of understanding posters!

Cute! Since you have IB students, it might behoove you to do a rating system that's aligned to the 0-8 scoring rubric
@@Heyu7her3 Oooh great idea! Thanks for sharing!
I am so glad that I came across your page! Do you mind sharing what you used to decorate your "Rate Your Understanding" board? Thank you!

Sounds like you go to a great school. Mine only gave me five reams of paper for the year.
@@mysadlife1771 Aww man gotcha! I’m definitely grateful for the school I’m in. :)
