    I'm no RC geek guru but I know two wheels and things that fly. The only reason why the front wheel would come down and case the landing so hard to a point of death wobble or head shake is because you not staying on the gas. Any vague roll off in mid air will cause the front to eventually come down first. Almost like a delayed panic brake to bring the front wheel down. Stay on the pipe as they say in MX

    Best videos and most proper riding/driving skills I've seen with this bike to date...

    A bit thicker oil in the rear shock might help. Nice run glad you made this video

    In due time, people, especially professional drivers, will adapt to the bike's behavior.

    Bravissimo!!! Really good job. We have to consider that the track is not realized for Moto MX !!! There are a lot of jump, and we can imagine the difficult. You look very tired, indeed. Future tracks must be INSPIRED to the REAL possibilities of MX models.

    Thanks sharing this uncut running video. Interesting to see how it took abuse. That gyro didn't sound right after the first bad landing.

    Nice!!! I wonder if they will provide different shock springs to assist with bottoming out bump?

    Good riding, like you said these rc dirt bikes are very difficult to keep them going for long periods of time ! I have an older one a sky rc5 and I can say they are very difficult not like a rc car . So good stuff bud 😊👍 ! Greetings Portsmouth England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

    After that big crash you can hear that gyro or bearing is damaged. Instantly loud

    • @V8chump
      @V8chump ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea I knew that would happen! These guys bashing the promoto are nuts. Not meant for it

    • @NovemberFoxtrotRC
      @NovemberFoxtrotRC ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah its the gyro for sure. It’s a constant sound even when its not being driven and it also lost some stability. You can see it wobble quite a bot more after the crash.

    • @NovemberFoxtrotRC
      @NovemberFoxtrotRC ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@V8chumpI mean what are you supposed to do with it? I wouldn’t really consider track driving bashing. Crashes happen. It’s a part of it.

      @@AMain_Hobbies_2got to pay to play man that’s how I feel. Sick bike. Just got one for my 4 year old. ( he’s been driving hobby grade RCs for about a year now). Gonna be Santa gift. I know it’s not gonna be a smooth start, but I guarantee he will get good at it. He drives 1/10 and 1/8 scale trucks and buggies like crazy. I got into the hobby at about 10. Amazing how fast the young ones can get into something.

    I've seen a few at my local track's and here's my thoughts. #1 issue is shock package. Something just seems off, maybe not enough droop to better handle larger jumps? #2 180 turns are damn near impossible. Need to take them wide and slow. #3 Tires, tires, tires. #4 parts availability. Fix these things and you will have a "slash" like revolutionary moment in RC.

  • @Eric_Rides

    You’re looking good though. That was fun to watch. It would be cool to know what brake & gyro settings you think are best.

    • @AMain_Hobbies_2
      @AMain_Hobbies_2  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I hear guys have been programming more rear brake with the ESC but we didn't mess with it. For the gyro setting, we preferred it up high with the nerf bars up high too, to get more lean angle. But this is only possible when you have the traction to support it. We used this setting on the track first, but found the bike easier to drive here with nerf bars down and gyro down.

    The most beautiful thing, is that LOSI MOTOCROSS can't do STUPID high jump! Is not a TOY for dummy people. It's necessary to UNDERSTAND the movement, the momentum, the direction and pose. Good afernoon.

    who is gonna make the first RC Supercross Track with rhythm sections and step on step offs, dragon backs, ect. I haven't seen one yet, but hope soon someone will try to build one. I wonder how the bikes will take it, I bet the bowl turns will help them in the corners. anyone else thinking the same as me? Any supercross fan has prolly already thought of this

  • @miketee2444

    I'm ready to see some Whips. The stabilizer should make tricks look pretty real since I doubt the wheels spin with enough inertia

    • @AMain_Hobbies_2
      @AMain_Hobbies_2  ปีที่แล้ว

      I tried turning the wheel over a jump but the bike didn't do anything, and landing with the front tire off center made the bike a little wonky; it didn't like that. Not sure how to get it to whip but it would be a lot cooler if it did.

    This may seem like a stupid question, but I’m old, and didn’t get much air on those dirt bikes in the sixties, lol. What are you doing to make the front end come down on jumps? Is that application of front brake? Thanks for video. Hope to find a track I can run mine at.

    • @AMain_Hobbies_2
      @AMain_Hobbies_2  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, a little brake and it goes nose down. Grab a bunch of throttle, and it should go nose up; in theory anyways. Getting it to go nose down is easier than nose up with this bike.

    They tried to get a bike class going in like late 90s, early 00s and this reminds me of exactly why it never took off... great if you're a turn-marshal looking to get some cardio in.

    you got that in STREET MODE? Don't ride dirt bikes do ya'?

    • @AMain_Hobbies_2

      Dirt mode. Pavement mode would cut power as soon as the bike leans back on the face of the jump.

      Real dirt bikes don't have "TERRAIN MODES." This proves you have never ridden a real dirtbike, you clown. 😂😂
