Potato 5 pcs
Cut into rings
Transfer to a glass baking dish
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Dry garlic 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Olive oil
mix well
Bake at 360°F / 180°C for about 30 minutes
Chicken breasts 2 pcs
Cut the chicken in two
cover the chicken with cling film
flatten using a tenderiser
Cheese 3.5 oz / 100 g
Parsley
Mix cheese with parsley
Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper
Arrange as shown in the video
Bake at 360°F / 180°C for about 30 minutes
Cheddar cheese 3.5 oz / 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
mix well
Put cheese over on the chicken
Bake at 360°F / 180°C for about 20 minutes

Mixing those potato slices, seasonings, and oil together would be a LOT easier in a bowl, as opposed to that baking dish (1:29).
