Needs some decel enleanment tuning. I feel like tip in/tip out tuning is always set to the side. Wish tuners would spend more time here to make the car more pleasant to drive outside of WOT.

You should add sensors to the car. Utilize the power of the haltech, fuel pressure oil pressure etc. My guess is that you’re having fuel pressure drop. That 450 should be enough for 550whp on such a setup.
Single 535 with good power/ground should be good for 100-150 more WHP. I made 625whp on a single 525 through a torque converter automatic If you do a dual pump setup trigger pump 2 with the ecu.

Need a dw810. Single pump, makes 1000. I modified my bulletproof hanger to fit one. Just need it and the controller. Even on low speed itll make 700whp on e85 without having to activate high speed.
@@mikelbring i think the last evo he built had all dw stuff in it and he pulled everything out and threw it in the trash. I've heard many people have problems lately with there pumps and injectors. Imo. It's cheap for a reason. I wouldn't run there stuff. Walbro or Fuel Tech pumps for me.

Whatever you do...DO NOT RUN A 525. I've had nothing but issues with them. Do dual brushless fuelab pumps. I had issues cooking fuses and relays none stop no matter what way I was running the 525's and had two brand new ones that were bad out of the box.
@thirteen12 I'm gonna be doing this when I switch my X to standalone in the future. There's just so many positives to going brushless, it almost makes no sense not to do it if you're on standalone as far as I know

Since you have a Haltech Elite 2500 you should add a fuel pressure sensor! You can set up engine protections with it and also it can adjust your fuel maps and limits based on fuel pressure.

Run a walbro 255 and stage a 450 to be boost activated. Dont run a 525 as a single pump unless you pwm it somehow. Gets to hot.

On decel, I noticed the AFR isn't changing on the gauge and staying around 12. Maybe it's just a gauge issue, but man that is rich on decel

Josh does the drivability after the WOT tune and they never show that progress but he does go back and fix that afterwards

Walbro 450 high pressure, with stm rewire should be enough for 600-650 whp on E85 , at least with ID 1700 injectors

Don't change the turbo yet. Upgrade the fuel system and push it harder and see what you think. That size turbo has pushed over 600 before.

Have you ever run those rims on VA STI???
Anything touching 500 needs duel 455 pumps. Going to need ID1700s or 2600s to make 700-800. My 1300s are maxed out at 525hp with an FPred.
I did 512hp on a mustang dyno with a single 450 and 1700s. That was with a 2.3, and g25-660
