I just did some testing with the audio rate mod trick and found that it doesn't quite work how you might think it does. tl;dr the audio follower is creating a unipolar signal from the bipolar signal you're sending to it (flipping polarity of the negative half to only get values from 0-1, even in bipolar mode). If you send a sine for example, it cuts it in half and flips one side up so you only get positive polarity. If anyone wants to read more about this and how to get around it (+ feeding the signal back into the generator section), I posted my test results on the kHs discord earlier (as this video is pinned in one of the channels there). Just search the server for "I just did some testing" and you should find it. 😉
