You DO NOT have to wait 24 hours REAL TIME! Go to your settings and turn your clock ahead one day from now and it will work. PS5 at least.
apparently you can change the date on your pc 24hr forward so you dont have to wait for alepsis taura

its the set you get in ward 13 but not by ward 13 but by a secret portal in the maze jump trough the portal in the maze and you get in a secret erea of ward 13 where you get a gun and the armor set
