For the last 7 years, I've had extensive bruising on my lower legs, from ankles to just below my knees, mostly on the outside of my shin bones. Occasionally, blisters will pop up that last 2-5 months. Generally, there's NO pain. The colors of the bruises change throughout the day, too, which is weird. I've asked several Docs and nurses at the VA about all this. Nobody has a clue. My massage therapist is still trying to figure all this out, too. She's as baffled as everyone else is.
Dr. Berg, I started your Keto, OMAD and IF protocol 4 1/2 years ago. I regularly do extended fasting, as well. I will try the K1/K2 and see what happens. I'm so very grateful for all that you're doing for all of us! Blessings to you and your loved ones!!

I love it when you come on with another video confirming what my herbal research and experiences have shown me over the years. It's a very welcomed reassurance that I'm on the right track. I love how you explain the mechanisms behind the scenes.
I've had to combat Prednisone side effects with a family member years ago for PMR and high ocular pressures. But 6 months into treatment the bruising and bleeding sores were all over the arms. After much research I found that the capillaries at the surface were too weak and fragile. Even the slightest pressure could cause a bruise and then bleeding sores. I made a Circulation tincture and singled out Horsechestnut seeds and grape leaves specifically as a treatment along with Ginkgo, Gotu Kula, and Hawthorne berries. After another 6 months the bruising stopped and the skin returned to normal even while still on high dose (10-50mg) Prednisone. They stayed on Prednisone for another 4-5 years while still taking the tincture but thankfully, finally, got weaned off of Prednisone about 5 years ago. Fast forward to today and at age 82, after ten years of taking this Circulation tincture, they have pasted 2 vascular fishing expeditions and can't find anything wrong. And the Osteoporosis stabilized with no more bone loss.
Please keep doing your research and posting the truth for people to see for themselves.

My mother and father, who were the same age, but living separately, both developed this bruising condition. B12 supplements turned out to be the cure for both. Keep in mind the body only absorbs a little B12 at a time, so a large dose is mostly unused. Also, the meth- form is better than the cyano- form, and the cyano- form of B12 is very commonly found in supplements.

This video is Soo true. For anyone wondering. I for one have had anemia for literally forever. And I started taking B12 and have not had No more bruising and haven't ever since starting this vitamin. I've been told that there's a lot of different forms of anemia and my doctor's over the years have never told me which I have so I have been left to figure it out myself. But I have been doing a whole lot better by just taking B12. And I am happy I don't bruise no more because that's when I would feel the absolute worse I felt like it had a hard time healing for some reason I'd just feel more fatigued when a bruise was present.

Dr. Berg, you are an incredible source of nutritional information, I've been following your advice, referring you to friends and family.
I look forward when you cover more about the soil, I started my own mini organic garden so it would be interesting to see what benefits that brings to our health... I can already tell you that homegrown veggies taste so much better than the store ones. THis makes me wonder: Is the nutritional information for these veggies (in stores) not really what we're really getting in our diets... *OR* do the homegrown veggies have a crazy amount, like (who knows?), 10x plus so more trace minerals, and extra stuff because the plant is ripened naturally and grown in healthier soil... The difference is hard to explain to someone that hasn't had homegrown veggies, but I'll put it this way: store bought veggies are weak, like watered down versions of what they could have been, and don't have the richness and fullness of flavor. Then I suddenly understood why people don't like to eat veggies... it's because store bought veggies kind of sucks, they aren't getting the amazing flavors... I'll bet if they did, veggies would be eaten more.

    • @beatricecallan
      @beatricecallan ปีที่แล้ว +2

And you’re absolutely right about the soil the veggies (and everything else) these days are growing in, this soil has so much less nutrients than it used to have 40-50 years ago! Even the WHO emphasizes it, that our soil (worldwide) is not as nutritious as it used to be and therefore whatever grows on/in this soil is also much less nutritious as it should be!!

PLEASE do a video on chronic thrombocytopenia. I have tried everything from diet, herbs and supplements to increasing bile and taking the Ks and still bounce around 60-80,000 platelet count. This started a couple of yrs ago. I would so appreciate some info from you! It's pretty rare but hopefully others could benefit from you doing a deep dive on the subject.

EMU OIL fixes this problem. Old people have thin skin. They are missing the middle layer of the epidermis. Emu oil is readily absorbed and puffs up this missing layer. Eliminates thin skin bruising. Hubby lives in senior independent living. I see this type pf brusing all the time, and I have seen how emu oil helps. Emu oil works.

I developed these after my husband got the whiskey shot, right after. I woke up with it. No doubt in my mind what caused it considering it was on my inner thighs and the timing. Doctor thought it was blood platelets but it wasn't. I know they do blood transfusion for that and told her, NO VAXXED BLOOD. But it wasn't an issue since it wasn't platelets. Slowly they are fading out, mostly gone now.

My late husband was whiskey free but had blood transfusions for anemia being on dialysis. Thank you for sharing this because I bet that’s why he all of a sudden died from a heart attack. He had survived the disease and was on the road to recovery a year later when he passed.

This was happening to me suddenly and I ended up in the ER with Thrombocytopenia due to low platelets. I found out that I was dangerously low in Vitamin D3 thanks to the Integrative doc I saw soon after.. The ER docs called it "Idiopathic" meaning they were clueless as to what might have caused it, which is what they told me!

Good morning my good sir! So, I’ve been on warfarin for the past 12 years of my life, I have APS (anti phospholipid syndrome) and hope to eventually get off of warfarin in the near future. I’ve taken your advice on the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting and it has done wonders for me. My body feels the best it ever has in my life. I was curious to know if you have any advice on my condition (APS), and if there is anything I can do to help fight it.
    Thanks for your time!
Keep up the good work ✊🏽

When I was 5 I had lack of vitamin k1 and was rushed to the hospital because just sitting in a chair would cause terrible bruising from the back of my knees upto my lower back. If I rested my arm on the table my whole arm would be bruised. I was literally bleeding to death under my skins surface. They had to do something with my bone marrow, but I can't remember what. I was in hospital for over a month and had to have my blood tested every week for 6 months.
