My question to convey to coach Prime is, now that players are getting financial benefits from NIL and social media income ect. are they going to be blessed with the same information b4 NFL contracts and other business opportunities come their way. My educated guess is that he's already probably going to do it. But it's a thought I've had since following Coach and seeing players coming into early wealth gain. It's good to see Coach preparing his peers and players for success being a result and not just the here and now. Rich comes and goes, wealth comes and stays.

A lot of people are sleeping on what he's doing, but if you pay close attention, he's building a culture of loyalty among the staff and the help support. He's showing them everyone has a role to play and every role is just as important as his, in certain aspects and in their own way. The haters will always hate and nothing will change that. Another thing that impresses me is that Richard Fain and Coach Prime have known each other since they were 8 or 9, and played ball on the same team in high school. The fact that they’ve maintained their relationship and respect for each other over 40+ years speaks volumes.
This is the true definition of wisdom. Wisdom is the principle thing... Here is what an old mentor mentioned to me, he said, "your mentor is not responsible for the advice you choose to ignore". In other words, once youre exposed to the truth and to knowledge, you are accountable at that point. Another put it this way, "when you know better, you do better". Some will choose to ignore the advice but for that 1 individual, its absolutely priceless. This is knowledge that they don't have to pay for so count this a blessing. Another example of "Iron Sharpening Iron" so that very iron can sharpen metal (our young men and women) so they too can sharpen more iron. Go buffs...

What's even more amazing is Coach prime is not only knowledgeable but he has applied knowledge which is powerful. All the things he has learned an took knowledge of to retain he has applied it, which has allowed him to be in the position he's in to pass down his applied knowledge to others so they can be knowledgeable and apply the knowledge they have learned for themselves, family, and loved one's 💪🏾. So many people say knowledge is power. But knowledge alone isn't powerful at all. It's when it's applied when it becomes powerful.

This was one of my main concerns when it comes to coaches in the athletic department transitioning into a totally environment. As a sole proprietor here in Colorado who is stumbling financially herself, I am taking notice and taking notes. You’re already making a difference with just the few weeks you’ve been here and I haven’t ran into you in person yet. From start to finish life is a team game. From top to bottom take care of the people that make this a team game. The employer makes an effort to care about everything and everyone then the employees will feel like owners and protect their job/career and will treat the business as their own. All this is love! I can feel it from just seeing a video.
I CAN GUARANTEE this isn't being done in other colleges or even NFL/NBA. The league leave it up to you and your agent. This is transformative leadership... I wish they kept financial and family success courses in public high schools. I've only seen these courses in elite private school.

Not only was this another great thing that Coach Prime has done, but, did you also noticed how many of them was taking notes. Great example of leadership. If the NFL would teach the players that, there wouldn't be so many gone broke after 3 years. Who needs a 12 bedroom house with 15 bath, waste of money.
The folks in Mississippi wasn't focused on the vision, only their selfish greed. Another chapter of the vision is knowledge for his coaching team's success. That's human dignity in it's exceptional form. He’s only in the embryonic stage of what's upcoming.
