What machine was he referring to?
Its a 1080 machine, basically its a belt that attached to a cable and when they run sprints and stuff it can monitor all their stats(top speed, acceleration, etc) it can even monitor imbalances between legs. Basically its just an accelerometer that can also provide resistance.
I gotta lot of respect for Coach Mo. You can tell in all the content that shows him that he’s serious about his job and proficient, but that he cares about the program and the athletes. Solid trainer and coach right there.
It really seems like he wants his athletes to get maximum performance from their bodies and not just lift heavy weight. Coach Prime has surrounded himself with the best

This is a well put together video. It provides excellent insight into the process by which Buff football players will progressively develop their bodies. Our strength coach also encourages the intentional development of comradarie which further builds upon the idea of teamwork. Great job; great video production.

Remember just a day or two ago the vlogger that swore Coach Mo was offered a bigger bag and was returning to JSU? Exactly the reason why Coach Prime prefers to have his own media team so he controls the narrative. He’s trained the audience to instantly know what’s true and what’s not. People that don’t have direct access to CU just make up headlines. The true supporters just know better.
If it doesn't come from Coach Prime & his media team , I take it with a grain of salt or I don't believe it at all.
