This gives me an idea about how to build her.
I'm thinking some copy shenanigans, mana rocks that can scale with proliferate, proliferate, and auras that can be returned to hand or recur themselves such as Flickering Ward, Spirit Loop (which DOES stack with lifelink), and Fallen Ideal.
Play rocks like Everflowing Chalice, Astral Cornucopia, and Pentad Prism that get bigger when proliferated.
Cards like Contagion Clasp/Engine, Inexorable Tide, and Flux Channeler to proliferate.
Cards that can copy permanent spells such as Lithoform Engine, Drafna Founder of Lat-Nam, and Myojin of Cryptic Dreams (and perhaps Twinning Staff and Errant for extra copying of your spells).
Vesuvan Diplomacy to make non-legendary copies of any creature or artifact you target with a spell (Those auras that you can bounce back to your hand are VERY nice for this. Perhaps add a couple things that can turn non-creature artifacts into creatures such as Karn Silver Golem and The Blackstaff of Waterdeep so you can copy them too with your creature auras).
Essentially go ham with spamming aura spells and copying/pumping your mana rocks and creatures to make an increasingly ludicrous horde of faeries (Alela with Vesuvan Diplomacy out and a reusable aura like Flickering Ward or Conviction can get silly FAST).

The way I had built Alela was way further leaning into generic anthems, mana ramp, and exiling enchantments. Ive had many turns where I'll have 5+ Faeries at 10/9s, able to swing over people with certain creatures like Magus of the Moat and Achetype of Imagination.
But I do like this take! Id try it out if I didnt already have two Artifact decks.

I went through all my cards and in the end i have way may more Enchantment cards and some really good ones at that... so i built a token pump super draw based decks with cards that give me extra love for having 3nchantments... my first game they removed my commander in a way i couldnt get her back and i still stopped them!

Mechanized Production on a Powerstone Shard is hilarious. It makes a GREAT target for any sort of copy shenanigans.^^

I hate that my Alela deck tends to be more control/flying spam.😔 thankfully, I made it, like, almost a year ago, so there’s room to improve!

Would you still pick this Alela over the new Dimir one?

Intersting take on her, I built her years ago as a defenisve value deck. Mostly things like urza, smothering tithe, rhystic study, unwinding clock, crawlspace. And of course all the good counters and removal esper offers. She is a blast that is surprisingly not to salty as she doesnt win out of nowhere and outside of urza is pretty fair.

Man, I love this build! It is completely different from how I tackled her (I went Stax. Because I am a dick like that.) But I may have to build a second Alela…
