Yes Fitness is a lifestyle. I went from 260lbs to 156lbs and yeah...that shit took me a full year and a half. And all iv'e been eating is chicken, rice & veggies. would limite my beer intake to 2 a week And im good with that! I would eat a cheat meal once every 2 weeks. NOT CHEAT DAY just reasonable fucking cheat meal. When ppl ask me how to do it. Is yo...be real, you have to change you relationship with food and physical activity. And accept that losing weight is a long game plan. Gaining weight is easy, losing weight is like paying back debt with a high interest.

I thought the food addiction bit was very interesting. The US suffers from a problem of abundance like you mentioned. However, does anyone ever stop to wonder why normal folkz gravitate towards greasy, sodium laced, processed food when they get stressed? The food that we pay with our hard earned money is specifically formulated to get anyone and everyone hooked, just google the golden ratio. It's not just an abundance problem, fast food places have turned food into a drug. Food is not supposed to be this addictive, you get me? There's a reason why they call our food "SAD" The food here is literally making people sad and depressed...

david, if i reccomend you to do something objectively good, but i dont do it myself, does that make that objectively good thing, not objectively good anymore? this is how. theres no mental gymnastics at all. its just all people are different and if i cant do it, but its still good, imma spread that shit like butter on toast. straight off the dribble. cause i know the good that can come from it, and i also know the bad that comes with lacking it, and how this would help me. but i cant do it, so i tell others, hoping that they can experience the good that comes from it and not lack something good themselves.
just my pov: from experience, sometimes a group of people CAN go against one person in some situations and sometimes that person becomes a trash can and or punching bag, not all situations, just some situations. And sometimes ONE person CAN outgrow a GROUP of people and must move on to grow while maybe the GROUP stays the same and DOES NOT grow. An example would be, if a group of people decided that they all were going to beat up someone or maybe they just decide to talk shit about that person, doesn't mean that they deserve it or that it's true. There might be more to the story. Understandably, majority of the time that one person could be the asshole, but sometimes that's not true. I feel that every situation is good to take with a grain of salt, and know that sometimes ONE person can be right while a GROUP can be wrong. It can be both ways. Love your channel! Remember, losing weight and getting jacked doesn’t have to suck. Find something you can do consistently and stick to it. The journey is long and never compare yourself to others progress. Everybody body is different and will take time to develop. Eat your protein, eat your veggies, and don’t limit yourself to the point you hate it. Yall got this!

Losing weight is not all about eating less and excerise. Hormones have alot to do with how hard it is to lose weight. Fasting is the only thing that worked for me.
