Exotic car rental feels like- 30% recovering stolen cars, 30% repairing cars, 40% actually renting cars.
You guys seem to be very lenient on your GPS trackers. In the UK on Supercar rentals we have some of the most advanced trackers. The company can see down to if you are even wearing your seatbelt also they can shut down the cars via remote immobiliser. you get a 3 strike system where if you continue to speed and harsh brake which alerts the company you get warned up to 3 times. 3rd time they switch the car off doesn’t matter where you are and they come and take the car. They check the car over any major wear and tear they take it off your deposit and sometimes the whole deposit. This actually prevents cars from being stolen and also keeps them in good nick also they add geo fencing if cars leave a certain area such as the country it automatically shuts the car down and cannot be started by the renter. Self drive insurance cannot be bought in the uk anymore they only insure existing businesses and payouts are tough to get so all companies take extreme precautions to safeguard the cars

Hi Houston, as a business owner I always want more customers coming in, i made the mistake of running a crazy special. turned out to be damn headache and i lost money in the end. you deal in high end luxury and exotic cars which require people with some money to rent. I tell customers i charge what i charge and take it or leave it, but i guarantee them nothing but the best customer service and quality of work. no headaches for me and no headaches for customers. we are doing better than ever right now because our customers are telling their friends how easy and painless it was for them to get the work done. hopefully i make it back to LV soon , i'll definitely be hitting up Royalty for a rental!!

The reason I am not able to is cuz i have not paid into unemployment insurance and even with the covid-19 stuff they tell me I don't qualify. I guess this explains why renting an exotic car has a hour of paperwork and auto insurance checks. A person on TH-cam talked about the process of renting a exotic car from one of the Las Vegas rental agencies and why cars of this value have so many procedures before the customer can rent it for a day.

Regarding discounts.
I think you guys should keep a database of your past customers (if you already don't) and add a counter to each customer showing how many times/days he/she has rented a car from you. When the counter reaches a certain number you apply a discount.
I think you mentioned that you spent a lot of money on the website. You could just incorporate this feature there.

I owned a business that rented everything from Transit Connect Vans to Hellcats, Jeep Wranglers, Jeep Cherokees, Audi’s, BMW M cars, Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s and McLaren’s. It was one of the least profitable, and most money losing businesses I have ever owned. I cannot believe Houston stays so calm. From stolen vehicles to renters that smoked , ate and damaged my cars. Even full price rentals involve fraud, theft and all around bad actors. You don’t know who’s driving your car once it leaves the lot. Houston is 110% correct, if you hand the keys to someone in most States, the car is not considered stolen, to the Police its a civil matter.
You definitely should get the reward for helping capture that guy.

Me and my buddy Chris saw that exact G wagon in Albuquerque. It was on 4th street and Osuna. It was crazy seeing a car like that I got super excited. Had no idea it was some D-bag driving with 15 pounds of pot.
