Some chapters start with letters that have no meaning at all. The Judge is not correct on the law he mentions, he says the Talaq has one month seperation in between but in Quran it mentions 3 months seperation. Next he said the Sharia law is archaic and then he says he supports Quran. Another thing is that the audio transmission is lagging between the speakers and because of that they end up speaking over each other, the TV network should solve their own problem first.

Talaq-ul-Bidaat: By three pronouncements either in one sentence or separately. This is caled talaq-ul-bidaat. It is comparatively recent in origin. It was introduced by the Ommayede monarchs in the second century of the Mohammadan era. They found the checks imposed by the prophet on the facility of repudiation of marriage galling and looked about for some escape from the strictness of law and found liability of the jurists a loophole to effect their purpose. All forms of talaq other than ahsan may be said to be biddaat.
Talaq- ul - Bidaat may be pronouced even during menstruation or even if the husband had sexual intercourse with her since the last menstruation.
Shia Law: The Shia Law does not recognise the validity of talaq-ul-bidaat.

Quran has miracles. Quran is a living miracle. Numerically coded book. One and only Unchanged book on the face of the earth for 1400 years. No person can add/remove a single letter or word. Its a book of Ayah (Signs) but compatible with science. Many scientific facts you can find. There is wisdom in the Quranic verses.
