Subbu Swamy is always exceptional. He is a genius. It is just that Justice Katju is as deep as the deepest ocean in his field. Justice Katju demolished both of them just with that one paragraph from page 70.

Ok. So made the Supreme Court also fool hundreds of times. He has a track record of winning almost all cases he files in any court of law, and he has done this hundreds of times. Katju's points do not make any sense to me.
Most depressing, this is what the oldies have left us for to hold post on justice. This justice Katju, must be incessantly throwing up for what he stood for and for what he defends.

As far I am concerned, speaking on the verdict already rendered may not be done except in school discussions and debates. Why didn't he defend and spoke out on poor Muslim lady. Now he is including her, means he will say anything for publicity. He did not deserve to be a judge.

Law is equal for all and should serve equal justice to all. Whether justice given in favor or against to Sanjay Dutt, ground should be decided because it will impact to all those people who are serving the sentence for lesser severe crime in jail.

Unfortunately justice Katju is comparing Nanavati case which was a crime of passion with Sanjay Dutt case which is a crime of terrorism. Even if he says he was not involved in the bombing, having automatic AK-47 riffles, pistols and ammo at a time of rioting does not make sense at all. To be pardoned, where is the qualification for deserving it? Did he do any social work, or help the education? He was busy making money. Pardon?

jusitce katju : pardon possible even if there is no public welfare. humanatarian pardon not only limited to serious health issue but for other issues of suffering .
