Awesome little robot - we've got it setup with Alexa to automate our office cleaning. Does a good job - very good for the price!

I've been waiting for something like this vacuum for quite some time. I do have one question, can it vacuum and then mop straight after it's finished vacuuming? If so, that's exactly what I'm wanting!

Hey Alex, thanks for the comment!
There is an option to do both at the same time. As far as I see there is no option in the app to do that without your intervention.
But: you can have the mop addon, and start just cleaning, and then start mopping. Or - there's the option to program it based on rules if you need automation.
Please note that if the surface under the mop is wood - I would avoid keeping the mop above it for too long.

Hey, thanks for the message. Sounds weird - check if there are some notes in the app/user guide. Might be an indication for something.

Not bad! But 🤓 His biggest competitor, the Roidmi Eve Plus has 2 side brushes, perfect multi floor support, MI Home App support, parks his wet mop space saving in and not in front of the station. For it there are all spare parts and repair documentations available. Roidmi is a well known Chinese brand for premium vacuum cleaners. The bigger dust bag is not a pro argument in my experience, because even a 3l bag is not full after 3 months in my 74qm home. But I change it anyway, because a bag only costs 1 buck. For now, the Roidmi Eve plus remains the best in it's price class in my opinion.

Yeah, makes perfect sense. I'm also quite a fan of their production - and truly - having Mi Home is a bliss.
The only part I slightly disagree with are the side brushes. Most vacuums have enough space to add two of them, but in certain situations they do more harm than good.

@@TechMishka in extreme tests with much hard test objects light rice or sand, the 2 brushes will splash around everything and will make a big mess. But in my daily life with normal dirt, my experience is that the second brush is catching more then it splashes around. And it protects the second wheel from winding up long hair.

I bought this vacuum and the problem I keep having that it mops my carpet… it’s very frustrating

The algorithm is not that smart yet. You can create a new map with no-go zone around the carpet and use it for mopping

the only bit I dont like is having to use bags, Id prefer self empty of the docking station.

After 14 months of use my T10 will no longer complete a cleaning cycle. It starts and then I find it shutdown in some random area of the house. The battery is not going dead, it just shuts own. I have reconnected to internet, cleaned all sensors and even used the reset button. The unit turned out to be expensive for a year of use.

Oh, this is so bad news!
Are you sure it is not the battery? Or a loose connection somewhere? Perhaps going to a repair shot just for diagnostics makes good sense.

👍😁 Was a good opportunity to do something indoors and stay away from the hot weather outside.

Annoying voice. Not referring his actual sound but the unrealistic satisfied voice. Amazing design.. For example. It's a very traditional design, nice and clean. Sound like yput being paid and trying to sell it instead of being truthful.
