Luffy fighting them both is gonna end badly for him until his back up arrives, kizaru alone made luffy run out of juice to the point where he couldn't move too well so adding another factory into this fight is quite reckless of luffy tbh

How the eyes are drawn on both Saturn and Luffy in the last panels has me thinking the wills of the mythical Zoans are recognizing each other and influencing both of their hosts. I don't think the last line is about Kizaru either, but specifically about Saturn and how, after 900 years, Nika finally has a chance at avenging what he and the others helped destroy
What if Bonney doesn't join the crew and decide that she will continue her father's work and join the Revolutionary Army. Those guys can make use of the pacifistas and Luffy would be more inclined to let Bonney be in Sabo and Iva's Protection. It will be like Kuma went through all the cyborg stuff bcoz of the WG only for it to help his friends. That would be one more self-shot for Saturn and WG. Besides, Luffy would reject using Pacifistas like he rejected Pluton. And Bonney would eat all the food, Sanji will forgive Bonney (obviously) and Luffy will fight her for the food then Sanji will protect Bonney. That cycle won't stop if Bonney joined the crew. For the sake of Luffy's food, Kuma's legacy and hurting the WG, Bonney is best suited to join the Revolutionary Army.
But what if the Pacifistas get activated by an Admiral or another Elder or someone, while Bonney is on some mission so she could not overwrite the orders?
@@pimpmytoastWell, we hadn’t seen the Pacifistas without Sentomaru up until Egghead, so I’d think no Pacifista leaves Peachy Island without Bonney to command them.

I am adamant on Vivi being the last straw hat to join the crew, simply because she is already an official member. She’s basically doing “a Jinbei” but much longer.” The only reason I want Bonney to join the crew is because Roger had 2 kids aboard his ship, so… it would be cool to see Bonney start embracing her default kid form and join the crew and just help around the Sunny.
Unfortunately that ship has long sailed I think. I hope I am wrong tho. And there are other prime strawhat candidates as well, so it looks pretty uncertain. Her role could also be fullfilled being with the revolutionary army.

Whether it is about the Void Century, the Ancient Kingdom, Imu, or all of the above. - Also a break next week.
A big reason I'm hopeful for Bonney to become the 10th Strawhat is the Kuma flashback. For pretty much all the crew we got their sad backstory prior to them joining at the end of the arc. The only exception so far has been Yamato, and I'm really hoping Bonney doesn't end up the same way. Granted it was the 'Kuma flashback' but I think it's fair to call it the Bonney flashback as well considering it follows her for her entire childhood leading up to current events.
0:11 For me, it doesn't feel like in the spirit of One Piece to now see Luffy as the embodiment of a concept like freedom by labeling him Sungod Nika and thus being confused about him taking away other peoples freedom. He does whatever he wants. I'm sure Luffy wouldn't appreciate someone questioning him in that way: "Aren't you supposed to be [insert associations and labels here]" He values freedom in himself and others, but not people demanding or expecting his aid or rescue. That's the image at least that i got from him, with all his talk about not wanting to be a hero
Luffy doesn’t even know he is supposed to be Nika. He just thinks he’s in Gear 5th and still holds his own values, helping friends because they gave him food, etc.
@@1996eherrera and I can guarantee that Luffy will flat out deny being any kind of legendary hero figure. Boy's gotta eat all the meat after all. It just so happens that what he wants to do falls in line with what Nika would do anyway.
Gear 5, as the quintessential paragon of freedom, has to restrict Saturn's freedom in order to guarantee that of the world. If you boil it down enough its really just a large-scale variant of the trolley problem but Luffy also has to act against the core of his DF. No wonder he is angry.
One thing that would be neat about Bonney being trained by Luffy is how her devil fruit works. Instead of just teaching her how to fight, he can give her a massive power boost by inspiring the same boundless optimism he has. Her being able to genuinely belive anything is possible would make her almost unstoppable. It would also be hilarious because it would be another case of Saturn's unnecessary cruelty biting the world government in the ass.
if saul survived and also a good portion of the books were saved from ohara, then i feel like it’s a good bet to say there might be more people that can read the poneglyphs now, especially on elbaf. or that they’re at least researching it.

My thoughts: If elder stars are peak then why would they even tolerate emperors when they can easily overpower emperors individually. This is something which doesn't makes sense until the elders are arrogant incompetent fools or they deemed emperors necessary to keep th truth hidden even though it risked the one piece being discovered by peak emperors like Roger and xebec.
Or you let some of the emperor's police parts of the world, like in the New World on the Grand Line so you don't have to? And maybe you let them have a couple islands with Road Poneglyphs so they protect them for you from other pirates? (Just thoughts I've had before)
Well, one elder star is unlikely to wipe the floor with both Kaido And his crew. You need two+, and blablabla. In the end, it's just too risky - what if they lose? What if they die?
Emperors were mostly located in death trap that is New World, so they could have consider it a closet where they stuff mess so the rest of house is clean. With exception of Shanks - he's a Celestial Dragon, so he can do as he pleases whenever he wants, like other CDs.
Even if 5 elder stars and admirals can beat any individual emperor and their crew, the battle would be very dangerous and costly, there's very little reason for them to make that gamble. We also know the 5 elder stars can't exactly exist everywhere nor are there enough marines to cover everywhere, so it's best to have yonkos rule certain lands, weve already seen the devastation white beard's death caused by the vacuum and the elder stars can't fill that vacuum with themselves.
Its all mind games and manipulation of the public eye, same reason why all the bounties don't really make sense at first. Luffy has the lowest bounty of all emperors to appear as he's the weakest, even though the Elders see him as the biggest threat. I also think the fluctuations in the bounties of commanding officers is to create squabbles and problems amongst pirate crews. They felt no threat from past emperors, so there was no need for interfering. If they interfere and the public finds out, it's basically the end of the illusion that the world gov. isn't being controlled by individuals in the shadows. The elders knew that neither Roger nor the the rest of his crew had the Nika fruit so there was no real threat to their rule. The elders know that Luffy has the Nika fruit(And awakened it) and that vegapunk has information about the void century, which i think it's safe to assume that each of these two on their own are probably the biggest threats the WG and elders have had since the void century, which i think is why it makes sense that Saturn hasn't publicly(kinda) shown himself till now
I feel like Luffy's stamina factor will kick-in in the near future barely escaping the Marine, and to overcome the stamina factor we might get something interesting from oda
13:33 - I BET SANJI would definitely be quite happy to prepare said recipe she discovered when she finally reunited with the crew! Would love it if there was a follow-up where she asked Sanji to make it... for historical research and intellectual curiosity! Also, it's cause Luffy and the crew would probably enjoy the fruits of her labors while hanging out with Sabo, Koala, Hack, & Dragon!
Kizaru double stabbed Vegapunk with its laser sword to seal his wound and give him a bit more time, it’s just like in the movies when people use electricity to burn their wounds and stop the bleeding
I feel like Kizaru definitely wanted to kill Vegapunk, only because he somewhat knew that Vegapunk had a 'failsafe' to release info to the world if he died. Which is why he seemed so determined to kill Vegapunk, but no one else.
Kizaru seems very conflicted at this point after Sanji blocking one of his lasers. Dude can’t change minds even after things are obviously the moral odds are against him.

Sanji did mention that Vegapunk was smiling in their last panel together. Almost immediately after getting blasted by lightboy. I believe the admiral blasted Vegapunk to cartirize his wound to stop his bleeding, therefore saving his friend's life.
Comments on the injuries: - Ace's descending Aorta was obliterated, at best, he loses his entire lower body (no one can heal him fast enough to fix it), at worst he bleeds out and becomes braindead in minutes (somehow I suspect One Piece's world doesn't understand IRI so I doubt even if they managed to rescue his aorta with artificial vessels or sewing the parts together they would be able to rescue his legs) - the lower injury to Vegapunk pierced his ascending IVC (and if not, at least his gut [leads to infection, sepsis, and possible death without systemic antibiotic treatment available] / possibly liver or kidney), he will bleed out unless Chopper can perform lightning speed surgery, even then he is highly likely to die mid operation and will need constant treatment and monitoring for a great deal longer - the upper injury to Vegapunk has given him a pneumothorax, hemothorax, and likely pierced some of the major blood vessels in this area (although they could be spared) - he would need emergency repair and even then he's in critical condition It is highly unlikely either of them could survive irl. I doubt Vegapunk lives. If there is any possible saving throw Vegapunk has left its the possibility he owns some kind of future medtech that could do something modern medicine couldn't hope to do within the next century. Another thing I considered was the possibility that Bonney, Franky, or Kuma might become a new Vegapunk by syncing with Punk Records.

The top right "image" in the screen sort of resembles a person prostrating themselves (on their hands and knees, perhaps asking for forgiveness). Then I noticed the dots and lines at the bottom of the screen, and I thought perhaps it could be Morse code. From left to right, the message would be: short short (I) long long (M) short long long long long (1), or IM1. Maybe it is Vegapunk saying that he is going to become just one being again??? Of course, this would require that Oda convey his message in English and obviously it is a huge stretch, but perhaps someone else can make something of it. 5:46 this is just gonna be a completely crockpot theory, which I do not believe will happen at all but for the fun of it why not. Since this was mentioned, the first thing that came to mind was Vega punks mind gets put into Kuma‘s body. There’s no real reason behind it just a random theory that comes from a foil. Outside of the theory, this is actually very poetic. The man who took the free wheel of another leaving only the body is now left with their own mind, but no body
She said she can take control of anything/anyone but arent we at the point that a strong will and haki could prevent that? Luffy could break free from Doflamingos strings as soon as his haki had recovered and Law could use his haki to reverse an effect placed on him by a devil fruit. So im not sure that will work, the giant also has some sort of force field (maybe powered by will/haki) and i think it would be even more interesting if she get rejected by the robot. Also what if Vegapunks soul casualy gets put into the robot (for some reason)? Though i would prefer chopper bringing him back from the dead just so we can get him stressed by knowing he is now a wanted criminal (and maybe strawhat) for revealing the world secrets.
I honestly dont think anyone else will be joing the the crew because at the begaining of the manga, anime, and live action luffy says "Im gonna need a loyal crew about 10 men should do" and i guess that just might be something that oda put in there at the begining or that was some really early forshadowing lol

That bit about taking away freedom from some to ensure the freedom of others reminds me a bit of the Sonic the Hedgehog comics, and why it's such a good idea for Luffy and Co. to be criminals. There's a huge moral and logistical problem with someone being able to decide when someone's taken things too far, Luffy doesn't care about any of that. It's an problem with Sonic because he's a hero who tries to follow the rules, but Luffy has no problem doing exactly what he wants to whoever he wants. One Piece doesn't have to worry about or the implications of the characters being selfish or breaking the law, and waste our time.
Assuming we do still have 1 more spot on the crew (to fulfill the 10 crew members) we are getting close to the end of the story, so that hole needs to be filled.
Very well calculated and presented 😂😂😂💯✅ 🍻
But what if the Pacifistas get activated by an Admiral or another Elder or someone, while Bonney is on some mission so she could not overwrite the orders?
@@pimpmytoastWell, we hadn’t seen the Pacifistas without Sentomaru up until Egghead, so I’d think no Pacifista leaves Peachy Island without Bonney to command them.
@@pimpmytoastonly those higher in command than the one who gave the order could overrule the previous order for the Pacifista and Bonney's at the top of the hierarchy.. she just needs to delegate each Pacifista to some trusted Revolutionary captains nad make them follow their orders, none can overrule it.
Ironically the food is what confirms the theory, sanji canonically fighting luffy going for the fridge every night wouldn’t hold up with bonney😭
Regarding Kizaru being small in this fight... Remember how big the original three admirals seemed when Luffy challenged them at Marineford and they just stood still knowing that no attack that Luffy threw at them could harm them? They said that Luffy was not ready for their level back then. Now Luffy is on a level that Kizaru can't touch.

Not really, they are on a similar level now. If luffy were in a whole knew class he wouldn't have been so exhausted from their fight a couple chapters ago and would have beat kizaru in that fight.
Wouldn't go that far. Kizaru went toe to toe with Luffy and stalemated him in an offscreen G5 clash. Luffy is on a level where he can comfortably fight the Admirals,to say hes untouchable? Not yet.

I think Bluegrass' fruit wouldn't be too scary, because the people most worth controlling, would have the haki powers to cancel out the power.
She's been flying with Wapol and Morgans for weeks, wtf are they?😂

Unfortunately that ship has long sailed I think. I hope I am wrong tho. And there are other prime strawhat candidates as well, so it looks pretty uncertain. Her role could also be fullfilled being with the revolutionary army.
Honestly Vegapunk is surprisingly tough... Is his main body entirely human? I get that people in one piece are tough but he took some serious damage and is still conscious
Remember that really big and important part of the story where vegapunk literally took out his brain and put in punk records and wirelessly connected himself to punk records? …Yes he’s obviously modified himself…and they explain it very well haha 😅

My prediction for next chapter:
- The chapter starts where the previous one left off, with the message Vegapunk is about to share with the world.
- He begins with the typical, "If you're watching/hearing this, then my time in this world has ended" line.
- And in every location Vegapunk's message may reach, including Morgans's, we get to see their respective reactions on what the scientist will leave behind. Whether it is about the Void Century, the Ancient Kingdom, Imu, or all of the above.
- Also a break next week.
Yeah i can already see the "break next week" stuff already
I think you're wrong, since we are so excited to see Luffy fighting,
We might get a 2 weeks break.
I'm sure Luffy wouldn't appreciate someone questioning him in that way: "Aren't you supposed to be [insert associations and labels here]"
He values freedom in himself and others, but not people demanding or expecting his aid or rescue.
It's why I don't mind the script flip to make put Luffy in a chosen one role. He doesn't care what his destiny is, he's going to continue to do what he wants. It just so happens that what he wants to do falls in line with what Nika would do anyway.
its called a fight hes not taking anyones freedom away in fact I have no clue why this is even mentioned in the videos its a really bad take.
14:50 Robin reading „the complying wench“ will look very bad for anyone not familiar with your second channel 😂
Luffy being mad kinda parallels when Goku was happy in Super Saiyan and everyone was curious how he was using the form while not in a rage.
if saul survived and also a good portion of the books were saved from ohara, then i feel like it’s a good bet to say there might be more people that can read the poneglyphs now, especially on elbaf. or that they’re at least researching it.
Possibly but it is highly assumed Saul only survived from Kuzan freezing him and letting the flames keep him from dying to the ice. My bet is those books are with Dragon or Vegapunk as they both were on Ohara to witness the aftermath.
@@anglosaxiphone8246Vegapunk himself explain that Saul was helped by a group of giants and brought the books to Elbaf. Thay group of giants turned out to be the New Giant Warrior Pirates that are now part of the strawhat grand fleet
This is the first time Luffy actualy felt like a God! Like even if it is brief in that panel Luffy felt like diety. Which is so ironic considering everyone considers Saturn to be a God and here is Saturn being put in his place by Nika.
So if that "heart monitor" did flatiline and thus trigger the Vegapunk video confession after his death, would it be possible to say that jumpstarting Vegapunk's heart back up could abruptly cut-off the video like how Buggy's interview was during the Paramount War (like VP gets to the absolute biggest mindblowing knowledge drop only for someone, maybe Sanji currently since he's holding the body, to revive him and thus conveniently truth-blocking the entire world?)
Thank you for highlighting Luffy’s monumental/historical achievements.
The reveal is definitely not about the D. It would make Robins journey redundant. Law wouldnt need to go for laugh tale aswell anymore.

What you said in the opening is the paradox of tolerance: a tolerant and free society cannot be tolerant towards intolerance otherwise the intolerant will use said intolerance to erode the tolerant society and eventually create an intolerant society that's under their control.

My thoughts:
If elder stars are peak then why would they even tolerate emperors when they can easily overpower emperors individually.
There is a room full of strong Marine allies in bubbles on that island and a grandmother who can ride the Iron Giant into battle. This isn't over yet.

Comments on the injuries:
- Ace's descending Aorta was obliterated, at best, he loses his entire lower body (no one can heal him fast enough to fix it), at worst he bleeds out and becomes braindead in minutes (somehow I suspect One Piece's world doesn't understand IRI so I doubt even if they managed to rescue his aorta with artificial vessels or sewing the parts together they would be able to rescue his legs)
- the lower injury to Vegapunk pierced his ascending IVC (and if not, at least his gut [leads to infection, sepsis, and possible death without systemic antibiotic treatment available] / possibly liver or kidney), he will bleed out unless Chopper can perform lightning speed surgery, even then he is highly likely to die mid operation and will need constant treatment and monitoring for a great deal longer
- the upper injury to Vegapunk has given him a pneumothorax, hemothorax, and likely pierced some of the major blood vessels in this area (although they could be spared) - he would need emergency repair and even then he's in critical condition
It is highly unlikely either of them could survive irl. I doubt Vegapunk lives. If there is any possible saving throw Vegapunk has left its the possibility he owns some kind of future medtech that could do something modern medicine couldn't hope to do within the next century. Another thing I considered was the possibility that Bonney, Franky, or Kuma might become a new Vegapunk by syncing with Punk Records.
yep.
TLDR: anime donuts=ded

I didn't notice the monitor here here (5:10).
After looking at it, though, I noticed some interesting things.
I got really excited when first looking at this, though, because it comes really close to spelling out IMU...

Am I crazy or did he miss the heart monitor that flatlined on the last page of this chapter
I think the final Saint Saturn form is the one that awakened Zoan users experience when their fruit is consuming them. Just my hunch! Haha
I honestly dont think anyone else will be joing the the crew because at the begaining of the manga, anime, and live action luffy says "Im gonna need a loyal crew about 10 men should do" and i guess that just might be something that oda put in there at the begining or that was some really early forshadowing lol
That's actually a really good point
"and by that i mean he does weird stuff and she copies it"
idk why i chuckled at that line...so accurate 🤣🤣
I think chopper will save Vegapunk using the “organoids” (i.e. lab grown organs mentioned in chapter 1075). After all, “organoids” are an “indispensable tech to the future of medicine.” Chapter 1075.
The ancient wepon is located on Fishman Island, right? I think that the Fishman Island prophecy will come true... the island will be destroyed by "Luffy" but that lufft is Catarina Devon

bonney seems more fitting for the revolutionaries
Saturn's eyes now show a terror like never before, and this worldwide announcement will be bigger than any Fortnite announcement, I'm sure.
I just realized how much Bonney mirrors Tama:
(A) they’re both children involved in significant military conflicts
(B) their primary role-in their respective conflict-is to successfully turn a powerful enemy force against its previous user(s); and
(C) step (B) occurs because this enemy force prioritizes Bonney or Tama’s command above anyone else’s, due to being conditioned (by dango or science).
Saturn looking at the reader he wants to take the freedom of the people in a different universe
“Robin’s solution was to find a crew to protect her.” Sorry chief I think Robin’s ORIGINAL plan was suicide by cop lol
I want Vegapunk to turn into the Sunny on-board AI
I think Bonnie and the new Kuma/ the pacifista are going to end up with the revolutionary army
After seeing kumas memories, Bonnie could know a lot about a lot, so it just seems like she is a better candadite than Yamato despite both having similar signs of joining. My long shot is a that a seraphim may join.
Now that I'm thinking about it there's a chance that Vegapunk's consciousness might take over the giant robot
For me with the monitor flat line, what Vegapunk is going to say will be a "if you hear this message, i am dead" kind of thing
