I agree with that. He was always the quickest to respond when the scene is going wrong, a lot of times with an improvised line that fits perfect.
I just freakin love Matt and Matthew’s chemistry of how they really feed off from each other because that was like the most amazing thing on this show and making each other laugh behind the scenes mostly
They were having the best time…. You can really see why it was so successful as they were those characters…. Perfect casting -perfect acting -perfect timing…..they were all wonderful…. And yes, Chandler Bing… we loved you so much and pray you are laughing among the clouds…..
when you hear thunder coming unexpectedly at any time of day or night, just know that's Matty laughing
They had a ball with eachother. Even the crew enjoyed their bloopers.

Until LeBlanc said “Well which one? There’s two of us here!” after one of the crew said “Hey Mattie”, it never occurred to me that Joey & Chandler are both named ‘Matthew’ 🤯😳🫢 🤦🏼♀️
This show did such a good job making all characters important.
I miss them. They feel like home ❤️

I worked and did not get to watch them when they aired, but I did buy the season series as they were released and binge watched. I still binge watch them as does my son who is now 32.
This show came out when I was 19. I was a single mom, working almost full time and going to college beyond full time (20 hours/week in class, on campus,in the evenings.) I was living in my first apartment. I had an amazing friend group who adored my son. Most of them were 21-23. We had every character on this show in our friend group, except for Pheobe. Her character is so unique that I still have never met anyone quite like her.
Although the cast is roughly a decade older than me, I grew up fast, so it felt like I grew up with them.

Funnier than the actual scenes (which already made me cry with laughter). Just a shame the best bloopers were verbal and had to be censored.
When the shofar started in the mid 90s, it was not long until people were having viewing parties every Thursday night. It was so much fun because we were the same age. They were at the time and this show still holds up. It is absolutely hysterical.😂

They kind of sort of were. They were truly BFFs in real life. They spent a lot of time together and both would honestly tell you that they loved the other. Yeah, they never married each other, but it would not have been much of a stretch for them to have done that if circumstances had been right.
