I feel like this is the direction the turtles need to head. A super detailed smaller scale, with more articulation than larger pieces is a welcome addition in my book. In the next ten years, I’d like to see a someone like Mattel (because we have the Motu crossover, most likely) do a Masterverse style line, that includes various characters across all the different incarnations of the turtles. Even “Rise”, the debatably most despised cartoon show, had some original characters, like Meat Sweats, I’d like to see get a solid update. Just my random TMNT freak-fan dreams!!
Dude, that would be so cool! A reasonably priced line encompassing everything, and they are all in scale with each other. I want to say kind of like lightning collection, but I almost don't want to say that. 😬 And Meat Sweats 😂😂😳
@@Toy_The_Poser I like how you come through with this simple answer like you know what you're talking about. I should have mentioned in the video that more modern iterations tend to skew a little taller, but the original comic turtles are short. Around 5 ft. The original cartoon turtles are short. Around 5 ft. The video games from that era actually list the heights. Around 5 ft. The movies from the 90s have them around 5 ft, and even the bulk of the 2003 Series has them all the same height, at 5'2. But it's cool. You can round up if it makes you feel better. Thanks for coming through 🤙
@toylips @toylips Where did you find a list at? Seriously I'd like to know. Because to be honest I'm going by what I've heard what was said once in the 90's cartoon. No I don't know the exact episode. BUT! I did just watch a video on TH-cam of the origin of BAXTER STOCKMAN (the fly). And it had a clip of Raphael saying Baxter was 5 and a half ft tall. Ant the turtles ARE taller than him by at least a half ft. (They are even drawn and animated that way.) Even in the live action movies. The turtles where depicted taller than 5ft. It's actually one of many people's complaints about the Michael Bay movie (CGI) Turtles. They thought they were too big. So that's my references. And I know comics and animation artist often use "artist licenses" when drawing their rendition of fictional characters. Even I think the turtles make more sense as a bit short compared to average humans. But since the 90's. I've always known the TMNT to be about 6ft tall. And haven't seen anything to say otherwise. So if you have some resources to disprove this. Please point me to it. ✌️peace.
