Call me crazy but I think Pacquiao can beat Barrios as long as he has enough stamina in the tank. It won’t be high flying PacMan but he can still crack & fight in spots.
I think he he keeps an constant and annoying presence along with weird off beat counters that’s too barrios dead in his tracks he could pull it off, but Mario’s isn’t no slouch and this is a 45 year old man. Even if it’s manny that much mileage along with the years out will definitely show, he needs some high quality sparing partners as well which he most certainly has plenty of.
