I respectfully disagree to this, sir. Maintenance staff up to medical director should be treated equally. Masyadong inaassociate ang value ng mga tao sa job positions. Ang labas, the higher the rank they get, the more na lumalaki ang mga ulo nila. Nagreregress mga utak nila sa sobrang pagkaentitled nila dahil lamang senior residents o consultants na sila. I believe na the more experiences you have under your belt, the higher level of completed education you have, dapat mas tumataas ang empathy mo sa mga kapwa mo lalo na sa mga nagsisimula pa lang dahil nirerecognize mo sila as your own teammates. Kung gusto mo ng KFC, umorder ka gamit ang iyong pera. Ikaw na may mas mataas na posisyon at nagsasahod nang malaki, dapat ikaw ang gumagastos ng mga needs mo hindi parang batugang walang perang maibili. Dapat ang nagiging atensyon ng mga senior residents ay ang maging pinakamahusay at pinakareliable na mentors. Dapat ang itinuturo nyo ay kung paano maging humble leaders ang mga sumusunod sa yapak ninyo. Please take this video down, sir. Nakakahiya. Nakakadisappoint. Tinuturuan niyong mawalan ng respeto sa sarili ang mga HCWs natin. Tinatanggalan niyo sila ng tiwala sa kani-kanilang kakayahan bilang manggagamot. Kailan pa naging sole basis of character judgment ang pagbili ng favorite kape at KFC order? I'm sorry to say this pero napakatoxic po ng mga advice ninyo. Hindi po kayo nilagay sa isang particular position para maging pontio pilato. We are all teammates sa healthcare. Tulungan po nating iuplift ang self-esteem at karunungan ng mga juniors natin, lalo na ang character nila.

oo nga eh. I love Doc Rome's vlogs pero watching this now, nagulat ako na ninonormalize and sort of parading around yung exploitation na ginagawa sa mga pre-res/interns/clerks. Nakakahiya yung isa sa vid na dapat lagi may baon daw para pag may pinabili o pag need pumunta ng bank dapat may car available? Luh? Proud na gago hahaha.

ano ang topic dito pano magpaalila sa seniors? kaw na nagsabi d kna intern dka na clerk,. bakit kaylangan pang pabili ng food or watever, pareho naman kaung doctor. pra skin nkkawalang respeto ang ganyan. basura
