Hi very useful helpful thank you. However my motor light blink nonstop and I can't seem to set the limit as door doesn't complete cycle as it's suppose to close and open door just closes and stop. Could you perhaps help re my problem please. Thanks
I’ve got the same motor, my problem is that after I close the garage door just a few seconds after (5s) it will open by itself ( but it won’t open the entire door garage, at least 20cm).
Could you please give me a tip ?
You can do a factory reset of the motor

Hi, I have an error code E8, how do I fix this? There is a click sound when I try to open the gate, could this be the battery being flat?
Video is out of date. Programming is now done with an app.
But this is a standard SD04 and not a smart so...🤷🏾♂️

My door is stuck in the open position & when I click the remote, the unit makes a click noise. Any ideas please
Good Morning. This could mean that the batteries have gone flat, as the SDO4 runs off the batteries and not 220volts.
