In this video, we will show you our Leather ceramic coating process using System X Interior on a Tesla Model Y. System X Interior can be used on all interior surfaces except glass, but in this video, we will be focused on the leather upholstery and leather peripherals.

I saw someone do a c8 and it colored the seats…ever had that problem?
Also, curious what durability is like
@@ArthurMSoto idk, maybe the camera footage made it look discolored. I’ve done a number of teslas with white leatherette, and never any kind of discoloration, comes out beautiful every time. What color were the c8 seats?
@@TurnerMobileDetailing they were a sky blue type of color. The guy said it did it to the whole interior on the edges mostly it was very ugly looking. I know he said his rep said the problem has happened on certain color seats, I’ve thought about asking them if it’s improved or what they do in those cases as I’m soon about to get certified through them! Just trying to do all my due diligence before slapping it on customers vehicles
does it need to b buffed out/leveled?
Yes, I level it after about a minute
@@TurnerMobileDetailing thank you!! next question, if I am applying this on the dash, door trim, etc. I"m assuming that I also need to you that "prep spray" on all those areas too, before application? You have THE BEST video on youtube about this, again thank you so much!
When cleaning, don’t use any kind of cleaner/detailer that will leave a dressing behind. KC Green Star should be fine, I’m pretty sure that’s just an APC that doesn’t leave any kind of silicones behind. Then yes, use a prep spray wherever you plan to apply SX Interior. So basically treat the interior as the exterior, clean, prep, coat, buff.
can we apply the product to alcantara ? thx
Yes sir it can. But always test on a small inconspicuous area first.
Does the leather still need to be conditioned after applying this to it?
No
Will this help from leather cracking?
It should, but leather cracking also comes from wear on the leather, but this stuff will help the leather retain its moisture.
how much alcohol and how much distilled water?
60/40 water to alcohol

Nope, just provides serious surface protection

It lasts 3-5 years, so minimum every 3 years
Even system X stats up to 2 years durability
What type of warranty or guarantee???
This product doesn’t come with a manufacturer warranty, however we give a 2 year installer warranty. It does register to carfax.
