First auction in a while here - eg Golf GTI - V reg GTI at 1.8k it seems to be at more realistic levels .....many provisional or indeed very provisional. Maybe some sanity prevailing. Bond Bug at 27k and X reg Fiesta Supersport at 23k just two examples of very recent months.
It's an auction so it's bidder's on the day and you can't expect retail price's. Dealer's are careful and don't get carried away or they'd very soon be skint.

The auctioneer is brilliant. Clear and consice. That is good. Not like auctioneers in the USA who may try and dupe you.

Bonnets and doors are opened and closed numerous times at auctions & garages so fully closing is not an issue.

A lot of phantom buyers he is trying hard to get some mug to get reserved price . Provision means it didn't make the reserve.
