I got a Kobalt 20+ pounds I've had it for 30 years. I'm not a farmer but j work in a welding shop and it gets the job done.
30 Years? Must admit, Kobalt makes quality products
У самого есть STANLEY FATMAX Pro, купил бы CRAFTSMAN 22 Oz.
Have an antique Cheney hammer with spring loaded ball detents to hold a nail for starting. With pneumatic tools who needs a nail starting hammer? Who needs a huge framing hammer? Who needs an expensive framing hammer that cost more than a nail gun?
Good observation.
I need these to bonesmash
don't think, it will be a proper use
I’ve never used the magnet nail driver at the top of the hammer lol I’ve had it on many hammers but never had a situation to use it really.
Thanks for the suggestion.

The Mr. Pen Hammer is a garbage hammer... ideal for children learning how real tools work and for women who want to hang "Live, Laugh, Love" decor throughout their homes.
thanks for your sharing your experience
Do not use anything bigger than a 16oz estwing it will destroy your are, you'll thank me later
Thanks for your valuable suggestioon.
I've used a 20oz Estwing for over 30 years and never had an issue . It belonged to my father before me and is currently over 50 yrs old . I own a 20 rip claw and a 22oz rip claw framer also .
Does anyone ever use the magnetic nail starter? I've never even thought of it as a carpenter
@@andymaciver1760 I've not and I've a couple of hammers that have that feature . You can use any hammer to start a nail without holding the nail though . If you wedge the head of the nail against the back of the head , and the stem in the claws , it works as a nail starter .
@@TheSavagederek I guess I never saw a useful application for it?
