I’m 76, retired, and have a 25 year success plan that I work on daily. Dr. Lee is my go to source for the real life’s education that I didn’t get when I was growing up. Thanks for your contribution to my life.

Well confidence comes when you understand it at a global level as well as enough details that you can explain your global view. Therefore it requires you to be an implementer. At every level you are an implementer of a sort. The key is to be able to verbalize or explain your implementation to the people you are speaking to. You can't just take this course and go in front of buch of phds in mathematics and lecture to them . Successful companies like Apple and Tesla are example of that. They promote good implementors. Not the hollow but egotistical people. In areas like banking finance there really aren't too much to know. But when you talk engineering medicine you need to know a lot. Confident managers who know little and bullshit their way up can destroy an organization. That is how companies fail more often than not.

That's true. Action builds momentum and creates motivation. Don't wait until the time is perfect. There is no such thing as "perfect time". Just do it and make it happen. Cultivate patient when things don't go in the direction you want. Cuz all the good things will eventually happen when they are meant to happen

Thank you Dr Grace for the insightful video. I resonate with B - Believability over dominance. People watch their leaders for their actions that deliver results. Even if you are not leading people, you are watched and can lead others without authority when you act. This idea is important for anyone. At work I often need to influence people in other departments to take action and the tip is very helpful!

Hi Dr Grace demonstrate don't tell.most leaders talk but do not demonstrate...so their team members can see. Some colleague said 'I can do these, I can do that people follow me. Etc .' But their actions show otherwise.
