    I'm in the process of a diagnosis. It's so hard when I've struggled all my life, I finally come out to my family about my struggles and literally no one gave me support. I'm finding ways to make my struggle easier. This is very helpful thank you for this channel. Your videos give me hope that someday someone will understand. Thank you💜

      My gosh, me too! I get a lot of shit from my friends for it but I love crochet, its like crack for me. I find it really helpful in awkward situations like waiting rooms because it gives me something to focus on and its been a great conversation starter too. I haven't been diagnosed ASD but the more I watch these videos the more I relate to everyone here. I have most of those fidget toys too.. also I'm 34 and get just as excited about those toys as he just did.

    I don't know what I'd do without my fidget toys, before I had them I had rubber bands and playdoh. Now I always have my fidget spinner and cube in my pockets. To this day I still have a couple of pots of playdoh in my handbag when I go out. If I'm alone I find it chills me out, but if I'm traveling with my children, it keeps them happy lol.

    My nana used to buy me magnetic toys all the time because something about them is just soothing to me. She even used to save the little magnetic discs from old shower curtains and I would play with those for at least a few hours whenever she would babysit me.

    Spinning a pen or pencil around with my thumb and index finger is what i did a lot. I never really used special toys as a kid, my parents gave me pets instead to keep me company. Wasn't perfect but it did work and i became a cat lover as a result.

    I still use a fidget spinner because it helps with my fidgeting. I made it silent using some coconut oil so I could use it in classes.

    Dude you totally missed the first one. It flips from one end to the other. It’s a great fun. You rest it on one end, knock it over and then it flips to the other end.
    I have the third one, mine’s called a fidget fingers but same hung. It’s awesome. It also has a sensory ridge on one side if mine is the same. I admit I don’t like the spring back part.

      Sweet 'N Sour if that is true then a slightly sharper form of them appeared in avengers infinity war.
      Thanos: perfectly balanced.... is there some way to link this to autism, never mind. (Lifts hand and exterminated autism)
      This throws off the balance in the universe causing massive depression between everyone who had asd and commits suicide. Thanos, now no longer needing to exterminate half of all life revives the avengers and gamora before committing suicide.

    • @autisticzuko2750
      @autisticzuko2750 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Should take a test online and see how many of your traits match up with autistic ones and that can help you determine if you should or not. That's what I did (this one specifically: psychology-tools.com/autism-spectrum-quotient ) Though, you saying you have an intense interest is one of the traits of autism just as a side note.

      The Aspie World it was from a Psychology article I've read (some other videos on TH-cam mention it), regular Gamers lucid Dream more often than Nongamers: I personally extrapolated that Gamers have already accustomed themselves to take control of distant actors and imagery, their avatars in the game, so dreams aren't some picture show to them but instead a fully interactive experience. Some Lucidity seminars tell to keep a Dream Journal to record patterns, I skipped directly to literally plug in and play. Again, it worked for me, so now you know of a secondary function for your gamepad fidget.

    The most expensive fidget toy I ever owned was an XB GT Falcon Hardtop (the Mad Max Interceptor). As an Aspie, I was obsessed with everything on that car, could say that I was close to memorizing every part number on it. Someone stole it. :(

    With the fidget roll (a.k.a. fidget stick) you put it on one of the rubber ends and hit it on the one that isn’t touching the table/floor and watch it go

    Possible future video, piercings, tattoos and hair cuts e.g. Shaved, dread locked. If I had gauged ears with large holes I'd be CONSTANTLY tugging at my ears.... Like a fidget toy. Same with dread locks... Does anyone have weird hair/piercings/body art that helps with self soothing or the idea of it brings massive sensory agitation. I'm a woman and hate ear rings, I can't do them at all, I feel I want to tear them out if I had them.
