Being a help meet to my husband is my job, I am 71 yrs old and have been married now for 48 years. I keep home clean and tidy and a pleasant space and cook nice meals to share together. My husband is 2nd only to God and he is a loyal husband and takes good care of me and the household maintenance. It wasn't always so, I had a lot of changes to make and as I have submitted to God and allowed those changes my life became simpler and I am content to be the woman the Lord wants me to be.

Him and I have been together for 9 years though. I started my journey with god shortly before I got married. I was convicted to get married. So we eloped! Pray for you marriage love bug. All the time. Don’t be afraid to put god first in your marriage. Sometimes the other person has to be the one to guide them through until the other one can catch up. I thought when I became a Christian I was going to have to leave my then boyfriend because I wasn’t willing to have the relationship we had before. I thought he would leave me anyways and I was so desperate to find god and feel different that I cried to my then boyfriend (lol) and I said I feel different following god as an adult and I want to give it my all, I want to go through this the way I think the lord wants me to & to my surprise my husband wasn’t angry, he sort of laughed at how I took everything so seriously and so I said “what are we doing?” We’ve been together for 9 years and we have a child together. Shouldn’t we be married? And a month later we got married. Never doubt the work of God. Seems so cliché to say but, truly. He is the great I AM. He is the before, now and after. He is the beginning, the creator. He is the writer to our stories. He knows e v e r y t h i n g. There’s no need to be scared, or have doubt. He’s on your side and a mustard seed of faith can move mountains. I’ll be thinking of you in your marriage. God I pray for this woman’s marriage and that you bless them with a strong love for you lord. I know you have a plan for everything and everyone for your greater purpose. I’m praying to you because this person needs it, they need fellowship and your love. Your guidance. Help them grow in faith and get to know you. I love you God. I pray the same for me. When I came across this situation in my life I always reminded my self god never leaves my why would I give up on my family specially my baby’s that need me. They don’t know how hard life is as a mom and as a wife so I always put my best smile to my kids and alway accommodate my husband to god so he can manured the way he thinks talks and u detest and things. When you said to look at things as blessing and then used the dirty dishes as an example it was like the world froze for a minute lol I absolutely cannot stand being the person who meal plans, grocery shops (almost always), cooks/bakes/makes lunches/meal-prep/snacks/etc, and cleans the kitchen no matter what. But when you said to look at it as a blessing- we have people to look after, we have food, we have running water- those are things to be thankful for!!! I think I'm going to tattoo that to the inside of my eyelids so I don't forget lol

Thank you so much for your obedience to God’s calling on tour life. It is no coincidence that I found your channel at the same time God has been speaking to me about quitting my job and becoming a full time homeschooling mom. I took the first step and withdrew my kids from public school, now he wants me to resign from my job. It is so hard to accept this and walk in faith but I know it’s what’s needed/required of me in this season. ❤
Mother of Divine Grace homeschool is a great option. If you enroll you get a consultant who will meet with you on a phone call 3 times a year to help you and pick out specific curriculum for each of your children. They also have online classes . My kids do their online fine arts classes and Latin!
I commend you doing this for your children and being a homeschool mom. I highly recommend this especially this day and time and praying for God to give you the strength and I also did this for my daughter. She done so much better this way and now my grandchildren are being homeschooled and learning Christian values implemented along with the content. I was missing her more deeply this year because I have been feeling so detached from God as of late, and feeling discouraged as a mother. Everything felt like a caving in, and I wanted to be that crumbled pile on the floor. But earlier today, returning from the grocery store, God gave me an encouraging word about struggling stay-at-home moms via a Christian radio station I listen to. I was feeling better, but still downtrodden, I came across your video late in the evening. In tears of gratitude, for a second witness, I know He wants me to read His word.

I completely agree I need to feel more content in my life at home :I’m a procrastinator and then jobs like ironing get too big and I end up in pain with my bad back. I need to stop procrastinating. Then the job won’t be so much. I have mild scoliosis which gets painful even if I do just a little bit of work but I can work and rest and work again until the jobs are done. I’m home all week this week until I’m back to work on Friday ( I only work two days though work is what sometimes makes my back worse. And since my hubby’s op and now he can’t drive I’ll have to walk home and walk to work and home again on Saturday and I hope my back doesn’t get worse for it) but it’s only for two days . I also need to read my Bible more and pray more. Thank you for your video x

I just started my spiritual journey in January. I started with reading along in the Bible with The Bible In a Year podcast. I am finding so much wisdom and application from your content. I can finally see how to apply the Word to the everyday tasks that have felt so overwhelming for me. This channel came at a perfect time for me! I’ve lived in the standard American society my entire life so I had some familiarity with Christianity but it was never practiced in my home growing up, other than Christmas and Easter. Sorry in our house everyone helps in house work and yard work The kids are responsible for their rooms and making sure trash and laundry go where they belong they take care of their bathroom area I take care of my husband's and my bedroom and bathroom The rest of house is shared work Now the yard is where we live in the summer, and we all like doing a variety of landscaping . We have learned a lot from one another in the years they were still at home And now it's grandchildren❤ 😊

Your videos are so peaceful. I love this direction you’re going… I still love your Costco hauls too though. I feel like the last few years God is showing me how to be ok with myself to figure out who I am and how to be comfortable with myself. I feel I have come a long way but I’m becoming very lonely. I never liked the Bible… I still don’t I find it confusing… but I decided to read a children’s Bible to my kids and then I bought a older children’s Bible and I’m loving it. I feel like a baby Christian and I’m growing alongside my kids. I started watching the chosen and I’m feeling like I’m growing so much.
My husband and I have been long distance most of our relationship. We got to visit each other a few months ago and I got pregnant right before his deployment. I’m trying to shake off some depression I had before the pregnancy, trying to make better habits for my life and more than anything a better mind frame. Can’t wait to be able to feel this baby grow and for my husband to return safely ❤

It is a blessing to be able to learn from a sister in Christ who has already been walking the road. I have been saved since I was 12,baptized and reborn when I was 21,and at 34 in a age and culture where people have become lukewarm and cold,I am more inlove with Jesus then on that first day I accepted Him into my life. Obedience is hard...but oh it's fruit is beautiful.

I keep praying that God’s will be done in my life. I am single and basically just go to work and come home, care for my apartment and my cat, most of my free time is spent with family. I am pretty content but I would like to get married one day so I’ve been praying about that, if it’s in God’s will for me, that I find the right man. I watch a lot of Christian content and I pray, but admittedly I don’t read the Bible, I haven’t in a long time and I really don’t have an excuse as to why I don’t. When you said if you want to know God’s will for you to read the Bible, I feel like that message was for me. I keep asking for the next step of my life and for His will to be done but I haven’t looked to the word in a long time to know what that is exactly. So thank you

When you said to look at things as blessing and then used the dirty dishes as an example it was like the world froze for a minute lol I absolutely cannot stand being the person who meal plans, grocery shops (almost always), cooks/bakes/makes lunches/meal-prep/snacks/etc, and cleans the kitchen no matter what. But when you said to look at it as a blessing- we have people to look after, we have food, we have running water- those are things to be thankful for!!! I think I'm going to tattoo that to the inside of my eyelids so I don't forget lol

Thank you so much for your obedience to God’s calling on tour life. It is no coincidence that I found your channel at the same time God has been speaking to me about quitting my job and becoming a full time homeschooling mom. I took the first step and withdrew my kids from public school, now he wants me to resign from my job. It is so hard to accept this and walk in faith but I know it’s what’s needed/required of me in this season. ❤

Mother of Divine Grace homeschool is a great option. If you enroll you get a consultant who will meet with you on a phone call 3 times a year to help you and pick out specific curriculum for each of your children. They also have online classes . My kids do their online fine arts classes and Latin!
I commend you doing this for your children and being a homeschool mom. I highly recommend this especially this day and time and praying for God to give you the strength and I also did this for my daughter. She done so much better this way and now my grandchildren are being homeschooled and learning Christian values implemented along with the content. God will give you the strength on your journey taking this step for your children but it will be so worth it in the end. God bless you and yours and anyone who reads this🙏❤️

I'm humbled in this moment, having been presented with your channel by Yahweh. My mother passed away in 2018, and her birthday was May 6th. I was missing her more deeply this year because I have been feeling so detached from God as of late, and feeling discouraged as a mother. Everything felt like a caving in, and I wanted to be that crumbled pile on the floor. But earlier today, returning from the grocery store, God gave me an encouraging word about struggling stay-at-home moms via a Christian radio station I listen to. I was feeling better, but still downtrodden, I came across your video late in the evening. In tears of gratitude, for a second witness, I know He wants me to read His word.

I completely agree I need to feel more content in my life at home :I’m a procrastinator and then jobs like ironing get too big and I end up in pain with my bad back. I need to stop procrastinating. Then the job won’t be so much. I have mild scoliosis which gets painful even if I do just a little bit of work but I can work and rest and work again until the jobs are done. I’m home all week this week until I’m back to work on Friday ( I only work two days though work is what sometimes makes my back worse. And since my hubby’s op and now he can’t drive I’ll have to walk home and walk to work and home again on Saturday and I hope my back doesn’t get worse for it) but it’s only for two days . I also need to read my Bible more and pray more. Thank you for your video x

I just started my spiritual journey in January. I started with reading along in the Bible with The Bible In a Year podcast. I am finding so much wisdom and application from your content. I can finally see how to apply the Word to the everyday tasks that have felt so overwhelming for me. This channel came at a perfect time for me! I’ve lived in the standard American society my entire life so I had some familiarity with Christianity but it was never practiced in my home growing up, other than Christmas and Easter. Sorry in our house everyone helps in house work and yard work
The kids are responsible for their rooms and making sure trash and laundry go where they belong they take care of their bathroom area
I take care of my husband's and my bedroom and bathroom
The rest of house is shared work
Now the yard is where we live in the summer, and we all like doing a variety of landscaping . We have learned a lot from one another in the years they were still at home
And now it's grandchildren❤ 😊

Both your way to becoming Christian and getting Baptist as an adult in the Catholic church, and your way to dress more modest, and submitting to your husband. You have touched on it before, but I love when people share.
I am a all skirt/dresses lady myself, but didn't grow up with only that. We did have some "modesty standards", but not like I have today. I grow up Lutheran, but is Apostolic Pentecostal now.

Your videos are so peaceful. I love this direction you’re going… I still love your Costco hauls too though. I feel like the last few years God is showing me how to be ok with myself to figure out who I am and how to be comfortable with myself. I feel I have come a long way but I’m becoming very lonely. I never liked the Bible… I still don’t I find it confusing… but I decided to read a children’s Bible to my kids and then I bought a older children’s Bible and I’m loving it. I feel like a baby Christian and I’m growing alongside my kids. I started watching the chosen and I’m feeling like I’m growing so much.

My husband and I have been long distance most of our relationship. We got to visit each other a few months ago and I got pregnant right before his deployment. I’m trying to shake off some depression I had before the pregnancy, trying to make better habits for my life and more than anything a better mind frame. Can’t wait to be able to feel this baby grow and for my husband to return safely ❤

Thank you for your obedience. I am two weeks away from getting married,and I am stepping into the role of a biblical wife after being a set apart daughter for so long. It is a blessing to be able to learn from a sister in Christ who has already been walking the road. I have been saved since I was 12,baptized and reborn when I was 21,and at 34 in a age and culture where people have become lukewarm and cold,I am more inlove with Jesus then on that first day I accepted Him into my life. Obedience is hard...but oh it's fruit is beautiful.

I keep praying that God’s will be done in my life. I am single and basically just go to work and come home, care for my apartment and my cat, most of my free time is spent with family. I am pretty content but I would like to get married one day so I’ve been praying about that, if it’s in God’s will for me, that I find the right man. I watch a lot of Christian content and I pray, but admittedly I don’t read the Bible, I haven’t in a long time and I really don’t have an excuse as to why I don’t. When you said if you want to know God’s will for you to read the Bible, I feel like that message was for me. I keep asking for the next step of my life and for His will to be done but I haven’t looked to the word in a long time to know what that is exactly. So thank you
