    Do you now believe me Dee Mwangu that you shouldn''t generalise about Africa when you talk about Kenya. Right now you are surprised about Namibian villages. You will be shocked when you see Botswana villages. Many have running water, electricity and access to internet and cable TV and decent shopping complexes with Pizza, KFC etc.

    We have this tree in kenya too. It is found in diani beach too. The digo tribe call it MINYAA . children eat this fruit on their way to school.
    I hear in the Arab world tjey make s very expensive oil from this fruit

    Dee the world fruits are found in coast also turkana . they are called koma from mkoma tree.you can also tap wine from the tree.

    'Omalunga'... Is it what we call 'Mkoma' for the tree and, it produces fruits or nut called koma or makoma - plural.

    The fruits in Kenya are called Makoma and the alcoholic drink from the trees Mkoma. Very common at the coast

    i love this video. africans we need to realize we are all one kind of people.. only the country boundaries created by the colonizers long time ago divide us but we are actually one people. when you see a ugandan or a south african or namibia or tanzania, see them as your fellowafrican. not as a foreigner.
    i always wonder or imagine if africa was left as one country like usa...imagine how it would be. to go to namibia you just take a flight or road trip. no border control. the enemity and hostility that exists now would not even exist coz we wouldnt see each other as different.

    Hi Dee mwango,just to let you know those fruits you're eating in Namibia you can find them in kenya we called it "Makoma"and you find them mostly around coast region,lamu and Faza island😀😀😀👍👌.

    This fruit is called Oakat in Eritrea. We also have the same materials you used to collect the gift. Surprisingly Namibia and Eritrea are in north east and south east coasts respectively.

    We do not call it ondunga, ony if they are many. It is Ondunga from omulunga female tree. And remember, when an Omuwambo curry something on top of your head, you are not support to hold it. Only women allow to curry that way. Ngaye(I) Omuwambo
