      Cultural loss cultural lost and languages dispeaances in poverty and crimes... Dee Mwango restoration...! I learned from Dee Mwango, there nothing wrong to dress cultural dress and cooks... Dee Mwango she so calm.. Makes village people be more comfortable...

      Quite true. White man created boundaries, where there were no boundaries. Africa was Africa , then during the last 200 years, we came to hear names like, Nigeria , Gold Coast , Ivory Coast, Uganda, etc etc. how sad. Divided, divided. 🇺🇸

    I love the taste of the old way of cooking 🧑‍🍳……..I’m from Louisiana and we use to butcher hogs and catch the blood…… Make some blood boudin Yummy 😋……… My daddy and his friends use to clean Cow tripe ………. That tripe was so good 😊
