what if i dont want to use ouzo what can i use instead i mean something with out alcohol and the tomato you used is it tomato paste with tomato or just tomato concasse

I had a Krinos recipe book from1986. This was in it. Have been making it forever. Only didn’t know about the ouzo.

we put the ouzo after the onions & the garlic, but you can add it afterwards as well :) Thank u for spreading our kitchen!
