For the lighting under the racks, if you just plug those into a standard outlet, use a google device and get a google ready plug. Name it laser rack or something. When you are ready to work there, just say "Hey Google, turn on laser rack lights" and there you go. When done, "Hey Google, turn off laser rack lights". You can them up on a schedule as well. I have my whole house setup like this for years. Works great.
You can always move the beams down a notch to make room for the heat press handle. Not sure if that will make it too low for you or not, but it's an idea. Or move the beam above it up one more notch.
