An updated version should be done. Whelen has come a long way even from this. With sonic welding, and newer, brighter optics

It’s worth the money in the long run. Instead of running cheap Chinese crap, besides Whelen is years ahead of everyone else.
You can buy them used for much much cheaper. I’ve upfit my Honda CR-V with a full amber Whelen build for Escorting. Very high quality stuff!
