I feel that Arizona needs another amusement park. One that Is a bit larger. You would think all that land in Arizona there would be a few
I think it's because it's too hot in the summer to go to an amusement park but they have a lot of water parks so they go there
They are building one in Casa Grande! It’s called “Dreamport Villages” supposably it’s going to be the new “Disney World”. The theme park will be about 200 acres (about the size of Knotts Berry Farm) and the total size of the resort is 1,300 acres! The theme park will have 5 major rollercoasters and 5 minor ones. Their height limit is 400ft! (I hope we see a giga here). The first phase of the resort (which includes the theme park) will open around October of 2019
Northern Arizona is much cooler and a good option for a big park but there is quite a bit of forest that blankets it

You know Fiesta Mall in Mesa closed down? They should turn that place into an indoor theme park!

I live in Phoenix and I love this place, its not your "huge mega exciting park" but its not meant to be. Its very laid back and that's why I love it.
This seems like the Fun Spot America of Arizona. And that's a good thing.

note: during the summer months the park opens at 6pm because of the hot weather. if you plan to go here durning the summer be prepared to go later in the day.
I was so excited that he did this because this is my home park. You would've liked the log flume if it was open. It's awesome!
The last time I went here was in 5th grade for a field trip and now I'm 20. I feel so old! 😭

Glad to see our little park getting recognized! I remember going there for the first time in 2013. Fun times.
Yeah... about the log flume, a kid fell off one of the logs right before the final drop. Smashed his head on the one of the supports then fell into the 3 ft. deep pool. The kid stood up when is says do not stand up. So that's why the log flume was closed.

I live for small parks like this one. The feel of a charming small private owned amusement park is great, it gives your time to do anything you want in the park and not be limited on a time crunch. It’s honestly a lot of fun. Still like King’s Island better cause it’s my home park :)
I was raised in Phoenix and before it was castle's and coasters it was Golf & stuff but I used to live behind metro center mall and lived at castle's and coasters I was there every day and would get ride passes from people who were leaving that was when they had electronic cards I now live in Missouri in the country.. I will always remember the wonderful desert storm..I miss that place.. great video, thanks for the memory.

this park looks small but yet looks so neat! It reminds me of a modern replica of those super old school amusement parks you would see in very old black and white photos from the early 1900s. Like how amusement parks from like the 40s and under had those giant themed castles and such everywhere.

"actually good" makes it sound like a dismissive comment (unintentional, I'm sure). "Honestly good" is probably what you're aiming for with "trust me, it's good."

I have been there more then once and I love it the scariest ride for me is the really big drop down I went on it and didn’t know when it was gonna drop and when it did I started floating in my seat 😂

Desert storm was the first coaster I went on that went upside down
I've been to Castles N' Coasters once one time when I was in Arizona(I live in Ohio), and Desert Storm was the first roller coaster I had ever ridden that went upside down. I didn't get to go on some of the rides because a lot of them were closed when I went, but it was still fun. I went there at night though, which is really cool. On the Desert Storm my glasses almost fell of XD, and I ended up riding the log flume thing like a million times since there was almost no line. I think I sorta became friends with the guy who was operating the ride XD (I went here a little over three years ago).

This actually really reminds me of Cadona's in Aberdeen. Two coasters, a drop tower, log flume, arcade, mini golf, 4d ride, swinging boat, pirate theme, etc,

Yeah, I wouldn't expect Castles n' Coasters to be a mega park but since the Phoenix, AZ metro area has about 4.75 million people (according to a 2017 estimate), it should have a mega park. Preferably, it should be south of Phoenix so that the one million plus people in the metro area of Tucson could have easy access to the park as well.

Castles n Coasters reminds me of Quassy Amusement Park in Middlebury, CT because Quassy is small but has a good wooden coaster, a drop tower, it sits on a lake, and is cheap. It also has a water park.

I like this park and is my home park and I love it. #nolines and that drop tower is great the flats are good and in 2020 it will have its 50 year and hope it gets a new ride.all the rides are good and I went on that 75 tall long flume and the roller coasters are great

I feel sad for my friends in Tucson as they have only one park in AZ ;( Six Flags definitely has to build a park in Tucson/Phoenix

As a worker at CNC the company dose have plans to expand for more rides, food and more.
Those are the best drop towers. It's slow ascent and the makeshift platform and no nonsense design makes it feels kinda sketchy you are right. I rode one a few times in Denvers Lakeside Amusement Park and even though there was never a line I felt like I was rolling the dice with my life each time so I limited my number of rides. :) But they are very effective.

I love castle and coasters it’s a very fun place my opinion it’s not that small it’s very fun you can definitely hang out with friends and has a lot of rides the food is really good especially the ice cream I recommend this beautiful park there’s a huge arcade that goes up to the second floor

They used to have Bumper Boats at Mt Olympus Theme Park, replaced by Manticore.
Never been to this place but I know someone who's gone there a lot. I remember learning about it because I'd been looking up information about the Polar Coaster, a very gentle kiddie ride at Story Land (NH), and found it was made by Hopkins. What? Hopkins made roller coasters? Well, they didn't make very many. But here are two others.
This reminds me of dinky park from rct1 with the small size and the rides built over each other.
