that fancy flywheel tool is what got your Stater!
Looking at the attempt to remove the key in the keyway, I think we may have an idea of who jammed the screwdriver into the stator coils.
We finally meet the honorable Mr. LeDude00! I recognize those sandals anywhere!
You mean at 5:37 ? We owe this guy a few beers! Maybe talking cases 🙂
Thank you.
Could these messed up coils severly affect the performance or sometimes if they are minor wouldn't affect it ?
Do you have 03-06 Burgman 400 change this parts video ,thank you very much
Hay I saw MICH
i sir
My question is
When the Burgman 650 bike is running for 2 minutes, it the regulator too hot to touch by hand?
Is this temperature a problem or is it normal?
Hi, This might sound like a dumb question, but is the 125cc 2007 exactly the same as this in terms of this part of the engine and the procedure? Also, when you remove the Stator Cover, will the entire oil content of the engine flow out? So, would it be wise to drop the oil using the oil drain plug first to avoid making a mess. Sorry for all the questions, I've never replaced a Stator before. Thank's, Paul.
Hey 125cc hmm which model is that? I stopped posting scooter videos on this channel over 10 years ago but I have some stator removal videos on my other channel mitch’s scooter stuff - that doesn’t require to remove oil at all…
@@MicBergsma It's a Suzuki Burgman 125cc 2007.
How did you strip the magnetic?
This dude did not pull the stator cover off with his bare hands.
baba duke ??
I imagine the small black part to remove after the stator would be a crank sensor (tells ecu the engine has covered a full revolution). I am watching this as my bike conked out the other day and no charge to the battery. When the battery is charged, it starts & runs fine....
...and the "little key thing" is called a Woodruff Key ;-)
Then the ECU would not be getting a signal from the (faulty) crank sensor and therefore would not know when to fire a spark. Then there would be no spark at all, bike would not run. More likely the regulator.
waiting for next part hihi
Is the stater function like an alternator?
yes
