Yeah, this song captures what it's like to Awaken. You just had the worst day of your life, you now realize you have literal magic powers. And yeah, it all feels like a dream. Because it basically is, you're now lucid dreaming and reality itself is the dream.

What I really love about the lyrics is that they mean two completely different things depending on what "that" is. At first glance, "that" seems to refer to the awakening experience. Something so unreal and fantastical it could only have occurred in a dream. Yet, you now feel completely different. You see the world in an entirely new light, everything has changed. How can you honestly say it was all a dream, when you feel such unimaginable power at your fingertips? But the second meaning is, in my opinion, much more interesting. What if "that" refers, not to the awakening itself, but to everything that happened before it, your life as a sleeper? If this was your "awakening", and you've only now become cognizant to the world as it really is, as if now your real life began, then what were all those things you did and accomplished before you awakened really for? Did they all just not matter? Were they all just a dream? Your connections, your hopes and aspirations, who you saw yourself as, does all that now just disappear and is replaced by this new life? Amazing work capturing both feelings in this song.

I think you managed to perfectly capture the epic and existential experience of a Mage's Awakening in music form. Like how the VTMB OST perfectly captures the horror of VTM.
I like the feeling this song gives it fits how magic in the world of darkness is you essentially losing yourself and your mind as you fall deeper to the insanity and depravity the world has to offer
This is very fitting for Sleep paralysis too. It's confusing having to accept the fact that what you're seeing right in front of you isn't real when you can see it so clearly.
Accept that it is real, and that you can do something about it. Start meditating, and once you can damn the id, pour your thoughts into a knife. Keep that knife under your pillow as you sleep, and the next time you have sleep paralysis, pour your thoughts into drawing the knife and striking at the imp. Remember, all things follow patterns. Biology, supposedly random events, are all governed by laws that can be discerned by those truly observant. Like a dream catcher, the imp can be plucked of string, and its frame left empty. Use the blade of your focused knife like a fork for spaghetti and coil its essence around the blade. Keep the blade handy. After your triumph, practice stealing heat from objects by pulling on the same strings that made up the imp, but in the hot object itself. Heat is one of the easier energies to manipulate this way. Through your hands shall a new door be built, and into the great between does it lead.
Have not had the time to delve into the Wizard game yet so it was my first time hearing this... Considering the intro, I expected something calm and sinister but that crescendo was a nice surprise. Well done again.

That sense of both awe and terror that just makes your stomach drop and doesn't let you look away. It feels like someone falling down a well and passing countless wonders and horrors in the dark as they descend to an unknown world. Its just fantastic in every way.
Okay this one is a supreme banger, i didn't think you using vocals would go that hard on the singing ^^ i especially like 1:51 onward continuous AAAAAAH? it's so good. With the strong tempo mark it gives it a grandeur like a "single person chorus" if i it makes sense ? Hm, well, the first part of the song, the intro, if you will, isn’t actually inspired by anything else other than me trying to do something dark and mysterious, yet have that little spark of magic (literally) in it. The singing part and the melody is definitely inspired by Radiohead, just in general, but more specifically from their song ’Exit Music (For a Film)’. It’s a song that endlessly inspires me.

Thank you, Dry Socks! The first four episodes of podcast (called EP 0) does not really feature any new soundtracks from me since I didn't work for Alfabusa during that period. But I think the team used some of my other soundtracks. As far as Episode 1 of Norfolk Wizard Game goes I'm still working on that and that EP will feature new soundtracks from me! There is a released version of it, but it's not on TH-cam yet and that's when the soundtracks will be featured in it!
The thing I absolutely adore about this track in particular is that you could theoretically remix this song with different styles to correlate to different areas of the World of Darkness. A Gothic EDM remix for Vampire the Masquerade A Folksy rendition for Changeling the Dreaming A Heavy Metal riff for Werewolf the Apocalypse. Fuck I kinda wish I had any musical talent whatsoever I'd maybe try that.
I love what this song has achieved. Its earie and feels overwhelming but in the best possible way, and for just long enough to smash it out the park without leaving a "too much". The build up and vocals just work perfectly.

Thank you, Dry Socks! The first four episodes of podcast (called EP 0) does not really feature any new soundtracks from me since I didn't work for Alfabusa during that period. But I think the team used some of my other soundtracks. As far as Episode 1 of Norfolk Wizard Game goes I'm still working on that and that EP will feature new soundtracks from me! There is a released version of it, but it's not on TH-cam yet and that's when the soundtracks will be featured in it!
