RECIPE NOTES FOR MAKING THE BEST PEPPERONCINI RELISH:
- You can use a food processor to minced the ingredients if preferred.
Store this relish in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
- Fresh jalapeños can be used instead of using pickled jalapeños, if preferred.
- Removing the seeds from the jalapeños before adding them to the relish, will make the relish considerably less spicy.
- The pepperoncini peppers aren’t as spicy as the the jalapeños.

I keep a mustard dispenser bottle in my fridge full of chopped up banana peppers, and just keep refilling it with white vinegar. Then I sprinkle the flavored vinegar on all kinds of things. Simple, easy, yummy; zero salt, sugar, fat, artificial anything, and essentially no calories. I do the same with a mixture of red wine vinegar and grated horseradish (no mayonnaise): it makes the world's best steak sauce.
What a great idea! I'm definitely going to give that a try. Sounds perfect! Thanks for sharing 🙂
