I come from Vietnam, I am also a wood floor construction worker. The seam between the skirting boards should be cut at an angle of 45°. Make the skirting first and then brace it.
Is it good to stick the plastic sheet to the floor first??

At the end 11:34 looks like the floor was unlevel. I would have leveled it before putting down the floor. With wood that looks this good would it look better with less gloss. Thanks for the video.

Bạn ơi sang gỗ này là gỗ thịt hay gỗ công nghiệp vậy bạn. Và cái giấy gì màu trắng đó bạn. Giải giấy đó có tác dụng gì đấy bạn? Mình ko biết nên mong bạn chỉ giúp. Chúc bạn thành công.
Gỗ thịt, giấy màu trắng đó là dạng mút xốp làm giảm độ ẩm dưới nền thấm lên gỗ, giúp gỗ ít bị co giãn giảm thiểu khả gây hư hại.
Làm như vậy nền gỗ sẽ bền hơn là ốp trực tiếp xuống nền xi măng đó bạn.

Sàn gỗ tự nhiên rất max tiền nên đầu tư đồ nghề thêm(máy hơi + súng bắn đinh). len chân không nên đóng bằng búa vì khi đầu đinh đóng sát mặt len chân thì mặt búa sẽ làm mặt len chân bị móp vào(vì đầu đinh phải chìm vào mặt len chân nên mặt búa sẽ tác động lên mặt len chân. Nên khi có ánh sáng chiếu vào sẽ thấy rõ những vết hằn vết móp đó). Nên dùng súng bắn đinh và dùng màu xử lý lại sẽ tốt hơn. Dùng keo để kết dính hèm sàn nên dùng bình đựng có đầu nhỏ để bôi ít nhất 2/3 chiều dài hèm của sàn. Vì khi sử dụng sàn thì sẽ có độ nhịp (sàn mới dùng sẽ bị nhảy lên xuống khi mình đi lên. Nếu dùng lâu dài sẽ ít thấy hơn vì lớp mút mềm đã bị ép xuống rồi. Nhưng không phải không có). Nên khi dùng chỉ có 1 số điểm vậy rất dễ bị gãy keo vì keo ATM khi khô sẽ cứng và giòn nên dễ bị gãy vì vậy nên đi keo ít nhất 2/3 sàn để hạn chế điều đó. Còn 1 số vấn đề nữa nhưng cũng không quan trọng lắm. Dù j thì cũng 1like cho người trong nghề
