I really like the glycerin 20, I had 1080 v12 and the glycerin is same price but glycerin is really longer lasting foam that is more protective and I am surprised how much I really like it. Does exactly what you want in a daily grinder ; protect over many miles . Thanks for talking about brooks ; they have a few good shoes in there that can go overlooked and I think this new foam is a winner .
Glycerin 19 on my rotation and loving it... 350 miles and still going strong. Brooks is Brooks, you just know what you get. By the way, how is the energy return on this new midsole (Glycerin 20)? AND do you think it will brick it up like the Hyperion Tempo in the cold winter days?
Thanks for the great comment! Yes it will change with temperatures. The energy return isn’t very different but the dampening feel is way better with the new midsole compound! Hope this helps

Glycerin 20 also comes with an alternate upper (SteathFit). It is less plush, a little lighter.

Caldera is my go to now. Criminally underrated but that's good because cheap.
There is a new Sketchers you can try if your brave enough. The Go Run swirl tech hyper burst. I think they have just out cloud On Cloud shoes
