sir guide me. hp dc 7900 system is getting on but no display no power. processor is not getting hot. there is 12 v on mosfet drain point of processor section and in stepdown section but mosfet gate is not enabling and source have no out volt

Mera screen white hota hain aur stand by light red blink karta hain 5 times...main hair dryer se heat karta hun har bar tv on karne se pehle so tv run hota hain..par yeh to temporary ilash hain...permanent solution kya hoga
