I shorted a t-con after misaligning ribbon cable to buffer board. Screen went strange blue, faded out, green and sticky lines on right side. Any idea which component got wrecked?
my home tv Samsung ua48h6400 problem is 6 time red blinking led but backlight seems ok(after opening back cover) and sound is also playing but no picture only on starting samsung logo flashes weakly. TH-cam par bahut videos mein bola gaya hai its backlight or inverter problem. But today I checked tcon board it has also 3 blue led's but only 2(1 and 2) are glowing after starting the set but led 3 is off. supply 12 volt tcon ko fuse aur uske aas paas mil raha hai. This tcon has metal cover over circuit which cannot be opened. But havdd, hvin and coils near dc to dc ic are showing near zero voltages. 3.3v iam getting at coil as well test points and at both fcc cables. But no havdd or signals in panel. Is the tcon in protection mode? I checked with one or both fcc connected or disconnected with same result only 2 tcon blue leds glowing. Should I change tcon board or check the backlights also first by opening screen side? t con board number bn41-02110a.

Not all of them, I believe there were some where the health light was on the motherboard, but its usually on the T-con board.
