Why LCD is not displaying?

- In LCD TV panels VGH,VGL,AVDD,VCOM,voltage dropping problem is very common. cause LCD is not displaying.

I've watch many LCD video tutorials on how to solve this kind of problem but nothing mentioned about COF being replace guess they don't have the machine that you have to do the right job amazing.

Your technique seems working sometimes and fair enough but VGH voltage is not an alternating pulse but a constant 30V DC voltage and likewise VGL is a constant -9V DC voltage and not an alternating pulse. So my question is, why connect constant DC voltages to LC1 and LC2 which supposed to work but with alternating PWM signals, in this case pulsating 30V to -9V DC voltages with 3s duty cycle from the level shifter chip? And secondly, how does by passing the level shifter chip LC1 and LC2 PWM signals solve the problem, if it's caused but by the faulty gate electronics in the glass panel and not by the level shifter chip on the driver or source board?
