How to Fix Stuck Manual Reclining Seats : 2006 Dodge Dakota

After spending a lot of time trying to figure it out, somehow prying open the tabs shown in the video and using a bunch of WD-40 worked for me. Unsure if this is how a lot of other manual seats work for other manufacturers, but would probably be somewhat similar nonetheless.
