It takes emotional intelligence to self reflect and share the warning signs of narcissistic and abusive men, which sadly is a reality for millions of women around the world. I wish we incorporate what is a healthy vs. abusive relationship and behaviours are within our educational curriculum from primary to high school. Many of the women who watch you, including myself appreciate you sharing what you learned from it. I definitely learned from my past and it made me practice the method of awareness to be loving to myself, trust my instinct and seek non-negotiable values and ethical standard in my friendship and romantic life.

I'm so sorry you had to deal with an abusive relationship.
Please don't think of it as a bad decision.
Don't EVER victim blame yourself.
There's enough victim blaming all around us.
Plenty of smart, independent and talented women are blamed for being the victim of of a manipulative abuser.
For not knowing better, for not chosing better, for not doing better.
When all they did was fall in love or trust someone would treat them with dignity and respect.
Nothing was your fault!
Manipulative abusers spend their whole lives looking for victims they groom and gaslight into believing they deserve what they get. Into believing the relationship is completely normal and any issues are your fault.
We live and we learn and hope you've learned you need to be treated with love, respect and kindness by any partner.

Mistakes are like bowel movements. We all make them. Some are just bigger than others! 😅😅🤣.....We “cleanse” ourselves and carry on. We will never experience tribulations without going through trials! That’s life! 😊

Why are u recording video with filter over it? Your face is so blurred, we cant even see your forhead movements. And in couple moments there was a glitch, and than we can see your forhead and wrinkles on it when you make eyebrows move. Why you do that? I cant even listen what are you talking cause that f****** filter is so unnatural and all I do is staring at it.

A beat.. I worked with women who d experienced violence by intimate partners as a young lawyer .. it makes me so sad that for many young girls, as young as 18, this can end SO terribly 😢😢😢 glad it went alright for you (at least from what I get from your way of telling it 🤞🏻)

Tamara, you are an empathic person and therefore, a target of narcissistic men. I will bet those two love bombed you to the point where your emotional thinking was heightened so much that your critical thinking was lowered. They are very good at doing this. It was not your bad decisions as much as it was that you were victimized.

One of the biggest (in terms of the impact it would have on my life) bad decisions I've made actually led me to a spontaneous good decisioun and ultimately to a very good path of life. My life wouldn't be the same if I hadn't made that mistake in the first place. So I do believe that it's important we make both good and bad decisions and as long as we're alive and well, life will find its way and we should focus on the present and future, rather than the mistakes we've made (except to learn from them).

I am a Pisces too and i can tell you what i have learnt in life is that some peple should act on their head and some on their heart and Pisces are in the second group. whenever i try to find resoning in my decision it ends up being a disaster so i always listen to my intuition which as you said is more developed than other peoples. I dont think we dont learn from our bad choices it is just that we have a genuine believe in human beings and we never like judging people so we always give a second chance but then once we have reached the point of disappointment we make a decision to move on and there is no way to change that, we are very strong minded people 😊
not only women but men fall for this too. It took me years to realize this, I felt like I was watching your video and I was reading the story of my last relationship. It is so difficult to realize it, I was codependent and lost track of who I really was. Ending it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever met. I’m happy for you!
